Staff was all very friendly, room was generally clean (the shower had some obvious mildew in it, but it didn't impact the majority of the shower space). Otherwise the common area and breakfast were very clean and well-stocked, the espresso machine was fabulous. They let us keep our bags there in the hours leading up to check-in, and even for a few hours after check-out. The location is amazing as well - there is Jubilee line access two blocks away, Regent and Hyde Parks within walking distance, plenty of cafes/bars around (would recommend the Volunteer and Dorset Cafe).

The mildew in the shower. Again, didn't impact our ability to shower, just avoided stepping on/touching it. The stair carpet up through the hotel was pretty old and in need of obvious replacement, but again that didn't impact our stay, more of an aesthetic thing.

Our room (304) was clean and comfortable, and the shower room was spacious and very clean. There is no hospitality tray but free hot drinks are available 24 hours downstairs in the cosy lounge area, and drinks can be taken upstairs. The continental breakfast was excellent for this standard of hotel. All the staff we met were polite and friendly.

The decor and carpets are rather dated and shabby. Also I found the pillows very uncomfortable. These are fairly minor quibbles, I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

The room was very good value for the price I paid. It was a bit cosy, I.e quite small, but fine for my 1 night stay and comfortable and clean. It is in an excellent location, very central. No fridge in the room, or tea / coffee making facilities but there was a complimentary machine downstairs in the lounge. Continental Breakfast included in the price. I enjoyed my stay, staff were very friendly.

If you’re looking for a small cosy clean hotel in the heart of the city, then this is the one. It is friendly for tourists from outside of UK ( USB power charging, payment available with international bank cards, no need for GBP cash), very helpful persons at the reception, close to underground and other bus stops, many cafes, restaurants, shops in the area. excellent wi-fi.

In case of big luggages, you should consider that staircase and the lift are narrow.

The staff are its greatest asset, all were kind and friendly, all were very helpful. We were staying there to be near my father who was having heart surgery which was a very vulnerable and stressful time for us. The kindness they showed us was so good that we extended our stay for another 5 days. I would definitely recommend.

Great breakfast included with many different option and the possibility to have free water, coffee and tea at anytime 24h. Super available staff, kind and supportive. Central position, close to Baker Street station, buses stops and Marylebone station. Perfect accommodation at the right price.

The structure is located in a very old building that, like every london old building, can be very noisy (we could ear everything that happened on the corridors)

Lovely hotel, basic but clean, staff were so helpful, great location & central to most attractions. I will definitely stay here again, great base to see the sights. I love that there is a gluten free area at breakfast

lots to choose from at breakfast (continental only) I would have preferred a hot breakfast but just my personal choice.

Friendly staff upon arrival and the room was ready earlier than expected which was a bonus. Breakfast was a decent continental and filled us up ready for the day ahead. Rooms were as you'd expect, beds comfy, towels decent and a good shower too.

Room was a bit noisy being at the front of the hotel, would ask for one facing away from the street next time.

The location is very good, quite central and the surroundings were quiet. The check-in was easy. There was possibility to have tea or coffee 24 hours. The room had what was necessary and the bed was comfortable.

The room was very small. The wifi connection and also the regular internet connection were not very good.
