The hotel is unique, the lobby makes you feel happy, and the rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. All hotel staff are courteous, respectful and provide exceptional service to guests.

The hotel is unique and the staff are excellent And the breakfast is wonderful But spoons, forks and teapots are silver-plated Therefore, we cannot use it or eat in it because this is forbidden in our Islamic religion. Therefore, I hope to find alternatives and other options that are not plated with silver, such as spoons, forks, and jugs made of iron, copper, or plastic. Because silver-plated spoons, forks, and jugs, as well as gold-plated ones, are forbidden in our Islamic religion.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the tube and railway and walking distance to Oxford Street. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

You never know when your rooms is going to be cleaned so you need to let them know in advance the time of day you want your room to be serviced. For some reason the 6th floor of the hotel puts there duvet between 2 sheets and not a duvet cover. This seemed unhygienic as the duvet usually had no sheets on it by the morning. All the other floors use a duvet cover.

The welcome was excellent. I loved the hotel. It was wonderful from the inside. The reception and service were excellent. The room was big and wonderful.

As for the price of the hotel per night, it is exaggerated.. Also the bathroom was big and wonderful, but there are some notes that for the better, when we open the tap water, there is an annoying sound when the water goes away.. In the room, the ceramic toilet had yellow rust as if it was dirty, and the garbage container was very small and could not accommodate three people.. The room mirror was dirty. I hope you pay more attention to cleaning. Thank you.

Our experience at the Landmark London was spectacular from beginning to end. First, walking into the property with the jaw-dropping lobby, complete with palm trees, a grand piano, playing beautiful music, and lots of light beckoned us to discover more. Next, the front desk personnel were gracious, friendly, and fun, upgrading us to a corner suite and making us feel like valued guests. All of the staff, from the Bellman, concierge, housekeepers to the front desk people aimed to please. The room was absolutely stunning, comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect and more. We dined in several of your restaurants, and loved all of the food and service. The location of the property was wonderful, and we walked around the city, to the shops, pubs, and restaurants. Thank you to all the staff and management at the Landmark hotel. We will be back.

Everything was perfection.

I loved seeing the same staff as my last trip there in 2023. I love the hotel. Anka from the restaurant I wish her all the best on her baby to arrive. Rupert the doorman and other doormen are amazing, they even remembered my children! The winter garden is my favorite place for breakfast and it's like a oasis in the heart of the city.

Staff didn't deliver strawberries to my children upon check in as asked on time but it might've been a honest mistake. We had to remind them a few times. Also pool hours need to be better in future extended for guests and children at the hotel especially. My kids were very disappointed with pool hours still being restricted so much! Please change that to accommodate guests better. Especially return guests are loyal to the hotel.

The services, the size of the room, the staff, the interior design, the building. It is the best luxurious place in London. There is a hose with the toilet in the bathroom. Actually, it would not be the last stay.

Nothing, we had only one negative situation with one of the front desk employees. We have requested late check out, but he said all the rooms are full which was incorrect. We have checked both booking.com and the hotel website itself and found a plenty of rooms available. To be honest, the manager (I guess) solved the issue, and offered us late check out. He was so helpful. Not sure about the name (Richard)

I should begin with room. When you travel to London with your family, if you have more child than one, you need to think about on that seriously. Overall London hotels most probably will present you either a connected room(which charges good money), or they would probably offer a suite, that doesnt meet your requirements comfortably at all nevertheless you pay again a good money. Landmark London is NOT. This room is definetely defined for a family members, which is very large, comfortable with two king size beds and they also provided a bed protection(we requested) to avoid fall down for kids from the bed. Our room was looking inside of the hotel and we even didnt need to open AC to warm up the room. Temperature was fantastic adjusted and this makes us feel safe. Brekfast was fantastic. I have never seen that kind of choices nor in London breakfast culture, neither any hotel stayed in London since many years. I was very wondering about SPA services which I couldnt had chance to use, I believe during the new year period it was almost fully booked or they reduced the spa therapists. Bathroom was great, it has tube and shower at the same time also amenities are qualified.

The booking manager there name starts with with J but she’s not British she was rude in dealing with clients she don’t know how to deal with client she’s the worst person in this hotel

This is a really beautiful hotel- utterly enormous, but with super facilities and a lovely comfortable grandeur. Bathrooms in Superior rooms have beautiful traditional marble, communal spaces are generous and comfortable. We took my elderly mother in law and had booked a superior room For her so that she could have a freestanding shower. We were upgraded so we had same, with adjacent rooms and a linked door, near the north lift. Taxis were reliably immediately outside, and this made the most wonderful difference to our stay. If you take anyone with limited mobility, I'd definitely ask for this- it was effectively less than 100m from bed to taxi. I used the pool each morning and that's stunning, and quiet. We've had a lovely time, a proper treat for us. Thank you.
