The location — in the center of the city, close to an Underground junction station Farringdon and many eateries and convenience stores nearby. The layout — huge living room and a decent sized kitchen. The bedrooms are small though. Can sleep 6 people. The Equipment — sufficiently equipped with everything functional. Value for money, for central London.
Non-operational lift — during our entire stay. Our apartment was on 4th floor (4 flights of stairs to climb). No reception or staff to speak to. There is no service during the entire stay. Not even trash disposal. Dirty couch — the main couch in the living room. Its faux leather surface had accumulated sticky and mouldy dirt. It was disgusting to sit on without covering with a cloth.

It’s strategic place near the Farringdon station was our main point. It also have many restaurants and cafe near the apartment. Since we family of 5, the host gave us the extra-bed in the living room, separated with the coach. It’s very attentive! Complete kitchen ware, washing machine, fridge and hot water!!
I have to call the host to find the exact location, because it hidden between the restaurant. The lift was in service during our stay, but we’re lucky got on the first floor.

I liked the location mainly. The apartment is neat. Staff tried to solve almost every problem.
The apartment was missing a little decoration. I would of changed the curtains for something more charming. The photos posted are tricky... I guess it is a mixture of all the apartments available , some larger ones as well. The radiators didn't work ever, the AC system did though. One day the hot water failed, for no reason... then re-started. There were no kitchen towels, nor toilleteries (shampoo, conditioner and bath soap are mentioned on Booking's list of amenities but are not there). We were four people. No pillows for sofa bed. I did request for them but got no answer. It would be nice to find a couple of extra pillows and pillow cases in the apartment.

The functionality of the apartment worked well for a family of 5. Having 2 bathrooms was a luxury. It was located close to the tube station and to restaurants, groceries, and the post office.
There was nothing to clean dishes with by hand (meaning no sponge). There was no broom to clean up with and no extra garbage bags. No extra blankets, sheets, pillows, or toilet paper. The bar behind the building is very loud until late at night as well as the street in front of the apartment. Asking for things is difficult from staff. The door code did not work for about 15-20 minutes so we had to wait for staff to open the door.

Perfect location for my requirements on new Elizabeth Line. Good size apartment, lots of storage, full size kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-fi included and quick.
Noise of pub and bar patrons in the area continues very late into the evening. Central heating replaced with electric heaters. Security door at main entrance didn’t lock for the first 3-4 days, the keypad locking system deactivated for our stay the evening before we left, necessitating calling support staff at 1:30am to reinstate our access.

The apartment space was good enough for a small family. The place was clean and full of all the appliances. Friendly staff and supportive. the building is super quite at night.

Excellent location for transport to all destinations. Spacious, well-equipped apartment. Door code entry system worked well. Comfortable beds. Housekeeping staff were pleasant and helpful.
Some fixtures and fittings were a little tired, but everything worked. The location is very central so can be a bit noisy at night.

The location was perfect for arriving from the station and also close to the office. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful - they had had issues earlier in the day which led to our apartment not being ready for 4pm, we were let into another to sit whilst they took 10 mins to finish up and we were also allowed to check out at 12pm which was perfect for us! The code to let us in to the building changed at 11am, but I rang the number provided and (Ross? I'm sorry, I can't remember their name) they came down to let us in straight away. We will definitely be staying here again, as it will be perfect for when we are having socials and all meeting in London.

First of all the location - it was 2 minutes walk from Farringdon station and not far from other stations too. The flat was very spacious and the beds were comfy. The online staff and also the cleaning staff on premise were very nice and communicative and helped us with every issue we raised.
The parents shower (it was a bathtub) was a bit narrow for me and it was a bit of a climb to get in and out - although there was a shower that was easy to get in and out from.

Perfect location, the centre was within a walking distance. Easy access 24/7. Very friedly staff willing to help and available on the phone. Although the furniture and equipment weren´t the latest it served perfectly and was enough for the purpose of our stay. The beds, sheets and bathrooms werre very nice and clean. Might use the same location the next time I come and stay in London. The flat would do for 6 guests as well.
What I missed was a coffee machine to kick my day off before going into the streets of London or not having to get one outside early in the morning. Only after 2 days did we realize that the rest of the cuttlery and dishes had stayed in the dishwasher having to share 2 mugs and two spoons among four people, it made us laugh in the end, though.
