It was cheaper than most other places, relatively well located (very easy to get to and from the airport, by train), and the room was relatively large and very clean. They had free bottles pf water and a snack in the room, which was nice. Water pressure and temperature was good.

It was barely a hotel in any other terms.. I have been to two-star motels that at leas has a lobby you can sit in and a two-bit bar or snack counter. Here - no lobby, and no amenities of any kind. We got a ground floor room, right behind the reception which was a little weird, and our room had a window, but not to the outside instead it was to some internal shaft that didn't get sunlight and had no view. This was not clear from the room photos. The price (in December) seemed a little too high for such lacking environment - I think I would prefer to get an apartment next time for similar or cheaper prices.

The hotel is recently built and is spotless. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very comfortable. There is very little traffic on the road so it’s quiet at night but yet you’re a short walk to local pubs, restaurants and Farringdon station. Its rare to find a hotel in London so well located that is quiet enough to get a great nights sleep. Farringdon station connects you directly to London Luton and Gatwick airports by rail and also connects you to the London Underground. Farringdon is a great base for a trip to London. It is safe and everyone is friendly in the area. The local area has great pubs and restaurants to eat and drink at. The next street is leather lane where the famous market is open weekdays.

The hotel was accidentally booked, but I'm glad it was done. Area was mostly quiet specially at night, and rooms r ample size specially ground floor economy rooms but no windows or outside views but even their bathrooms are designed for handicapped, big shower. I was impressed with a kettle and tea coffee with milk facilities including a muffin and cookies. Touletteries smelled amazing and Malyali guy at reception was very helpful. I asked for a room with windows that opened abd he was more than keen to help.Rooms r impressively big or else London is notorious for its tiny hotel rooms n even tinier bathrooms. Normal rooms have disappointing sink size though but it was tolerable for one night

Nothing that I didn't like apart from GF rooms that are not comfortable for claustrophobic apart from room 2. They even got basement rooms.

A pleasant experience to recognise the room as advertised: interesting decor and pieces of furniture. Very comfortable bed and free tea, coffee, biscuits and muffins. For those who use it - soya milk. Very nice bathroom toiletries. Easy access to Holburn, Clerkenwell / Shaftesbury Avenue / SoHo.

The only thing that reduced the score for me was no restaurant / breakfast on site although there's a coffee lounge in the basement (didn't try it) there was also a costa coffee shop next door, Prét a Mangé at the end of the road and if you can't find anything to eat for lunch on Leather Lane (runs parallel) in the week, you must be really, really fussy.

Location is easy to reach from Euston, between Farringdon and Chancery Lane stations, and in the middle of lots of beautiful jewellery shops! Staff were super friendly and helped us to store our luggage before and after check in. It's a quiet hotel so we didn't see many other guests around but this was great for always being able to get the lift quickly! The room was spacious for a London room, a good sized bathroom which was clean and had a nice soap and lotion to use. Rainfall shower was really good! Room had a mini fridge and kettle, with complimentary Yorkshire teabags, shortbread biscuits, muffins and water bottles which were handy.

Location wise I would say that it does get quite quiet in the evenings, and so wouldn't walk alone in this area too late. Room wise, my only gripe would be that the mattress wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked, so my sleep wasn't great, but that might be a personal preference.

Room was a good size for a London hotel as having stayed in the city before, rooms can be quite cramped. It was modern and clean throughout reception area and room. The bed was very comfortable and was very little noise about so a good nights sleep was had.. It was very handy having a fridge in the room and the air con was great which helped due to the warm temperatures outside. The TV was also great as it had various channels and also Netflix and catch up etc. finally, it was located only a 5 minute walk downhill to the nearest tube station.

The room had a small window which looked on to the other room on the ground floor so no view and felt a little claustrophobic. When spoken to the staff we were informed that this room type doesn’t have a window, there are only 3 of these and they are all located on the ground floor. I stated that this was not mentioned in the room description on booking.com so therefore I wasn’t aware of this information, and to inform them to include this information for further bookings. Also although the shower was great, the bathroom could’ve been a little bigger.

I stayed for one night while attending a business meeting in London. The location was ideal, being within walking distance of my meeting venue, which made my stay very convenient. The room, though small, was exactly as depicted in the photos and was impeccably clean. I interacted only with the front desk staff, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. The hotel’s central location is a major plus for anyone needing to be close to key business areas. Overall, a pleasant and efficient stay—ideal for business travellers.

This hotel is in the middle of the jewelry hatton garden area of London. The hotel itself is perfect, so clean, the elevator fit our 3 suitcases in one trip. The room had a window view to the jewelers downstairs. The receptionists were very friendly and we were able to leave our suitcases prior to check-in and after. There are a few cafes nearby, but they close fairly early so we didn't try them. We were a train ride away from Picadilly Circus/SoHo. We were in a pretty good area, but it is very lonely to walk through at night, but there is attentive service at the hotel. We loved our stay. Very clean restrooms too!

The hotel in itself is exquisite, the room was spotless, quiet, with a great view from the window, very good size and complimentary snacks, tea and coffee. The bed is quite firm, that I liked and the sheets are comfortable. The TV was brilliant, with LED lights behind it following the lights on the screen. The AC worked well, shower was very nice, especially the water pressure that can be changed. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Last, but not least is obviously the amazing location, with coffee shops and grocery stores around. Everything in itself was lovely and I really enjoyed my stay!

An excellent option if you're looking for a hotel in London that's both centric and quiet. Spotless clean, gorgeous rooms and the best shower I've ever had in London - and I've been traveling to London regularly for 25 years now. The best of all, however, is its staff: I cannot thank them enough

I was traveling for a conference and I really needed the wifi, which did not work properly in rooms on the sixth floor. This may not be an issue if you're traveling for pleasure though. In any case, the staff was extremely kind and efficent trying to look for a solution, and the next morning I got changed to a new room where wifi worked perfectly.
