The room was recently refurbished and was impeccably clean. The bathroom was bigger than expected and everything worked perfectly. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. TV in working order with SKY channels. Kettle in room and a small fridge with continental breakfast fixings. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The pub below is big and clean, with screens for sports, a good selection of drinks and a little Mexican restaurant. A good place to spend the night after a day of exploring around London. We would stay again.

The stairs to reach the room on the 3rd floor were a bit narrow so it's not super convenient if you have large luggage. The walls are a bit thin so noise from hallways and other rooms can be heard if they are loud. Location is far from town centre but walking distance to underground, so it works fine if you plan your timing with trains etc.

The location was ideal for me as I was visiting friends. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and shower facilities. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Light snacks and food for a light breakfast was stocked with a mini fridge in the room which was not expected. My son and I were very happy indeed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

My only quibble is the next time I will have to ask for a room on a lower floor if possible. As it's summer and an extremely hot evening when I checked in my room was very hot and it was raining. There was no instructions on how to open the sun roof so I had to figure this out myself and managed after several attempts. In addition when I asked I was then told it is rain sensitive. It was pouring on my first night and every time I opened it slightly and tried to get some sleep it closed on its own. Even with a fan circulating hot air I couldn't sleep at all and was tired in the morning. Not ideal for a 50+ female lol. Even my 10y fought to get to sleep as he was hot.

Excellent location for Tottenham stadium. 5min walk from Victoria tube Station. 30 min walk from the stadium. Very clean, excellent shower. All brand new. A fridge in the room (twin room downstairs) and milk and cereals in the room, alongside with a kettle and teas/coffee. We stayed a couple of nights and we got fresh towels on the second day. The room was ready early so we managed to check in sooner than expected. A lot of places to eat around, mainly kebab shops but cheap and tasty.

The sound insulation is not the best and we could hear the guests talking in the room just above ours at 4am... Shame because it looks like the hotel rooms are in a newly built part of the building but the insulation is not that good.

One of the best hotels in North London. If you stay here coming from afar just to see Tottenham's home games, I guarantee you that despite Spurs bottling their matches, you'd be able to take at least one pleasant experience from Tottenham. Hotel staffs were nice, the complimentary snacks and breakfast were nice as well.

There were some dusts under the bed, however apart from that the room was quite clean and tidy. The location is a bit far away from the central, but it's not a fault of the hotel.

The room was simple, but clean. There was a mini fridge with milk and orange juice and basic cornflakes available as a simple breakfast option. The bed was made every day. The bathroom was also very clean with a nice shower. It's a great bang for your buck!

The hotel unfortunately is located in a less comfortable neighbourhood, but that's a personal choice you have to make. For us personally it didn't matter too much. Also the fact that the tap only gave us hot water was a bit weird.

We were able to leave our bags earlier in the day, before check in time. This was very helpful, we were able to attend a game at Tottenham and return later in the evening. Nice complementary cereal, milk, tea, coffee and orange juice in the fridge. The pub has a nice traditional feel inside. Clean and tidy and good beer. Sky tv sport on several screens the Sunday evening we stayed (NFL and Premier League).

We would have preferred two single beds, but no twin rooms were available. That's just the way it goes sometimes. There was only a small window in the en suite shower room. I would have liked a window in the bedroom, just a personal preference.

The room were very spacious and comfortable and it was stocked well with tea, coffee, breakfast items etc which is always a nice bonus. The rooms were so clean. The location was fab as it’s either a short bus ride from all the attractions and the bus stop is right outside the hotel, or you take the tube which is about a 3 minute walk and that takes you into the centre. I can’t really fault anything with the hotel and will definitely be returning.

Great value for money. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. Love the fact you get a light breakfast in your room. It's only basic but enough to get you started. Nice orange juice, tea, coffee and cereals and milk. The beds were comfortable, added bonus of a fan in the room. The bar downstairs is pleasant, big space with a lovely sun trap of a garden at the back. Location great as we were visiting family nearby, however, it is one bus stop to the nearest tube and then only 3 stops on the tube to Kings Cross & St Pancras. Communal kitchen is a great bonus and was spotless.

Room and bathroom are very modern and very nicely designed . Our shower had wonderful pressure. Skylights in our bedroom and bath, very nice. All new fixtures, floor covering, everything! Mini fridge in room. Pub is very nice as well, currently with Mexican food that was very good. Will try to stay again next time visiting London, tube is easy access.

Great hotel A great find Newly refurbished rooms. Modern. Lovely guys upon checkin. Comfy beds. Fluffy towels. Lots of places to eat. Supermarkets and shops. Under an extension and modernisation period and cant wait to see the end product as ive stayed in one of the new rooms and theyre lovely. Desk in the room to do work. Showers powerfull. Thanks guys
