It was a nice little hotel close to the center of London, within walking distance to the British Museum and London Bridge. Although the rooms were small, they had everything you needed to stay comfortable at night. The rooms don't have ACs, but they do have a nice little fan that you can plug in if you find it hot. The bed was comfortable. The best part was their lovely coffee machine, which you could use whenever you needed a quick caffeine boost. The breakfast was tasty, with a lovely selection. The staff was friendly as well. However, the menu remained the same, and we got tired of it by the fourth day. The hotel also had a good Wi-Fi connection. And if it does rain in London on your day out, they do provide little umbrellas for you to take out.
One negative thing about the hotel was that the breakfast menu remained the same. Don't get me wrong, though. The selection was absolutely perfect, and everything was tasty. Kudos to the chefs. However, I would suggest they change their breakfast menu every other day so guests don't get tired of eating the same thing. Another downside is that our room was on the topmost third floor. The hotel website does mention that they don't have an elevator, but we had two big suitcases that we had to carry all the way up six flights of stairs. If you have accessibility needs, I would suggest you think twice before booking the hotel.

Quick and easy check in! Room was very clean, and bed was comfortable. Great value for money and very close to st. Pancras station!
Shower water pressure was not the best, but still very manageable. Not the most luxurious of hotels, but important thing was it's clean and good value for money.

This is my second stay at this Hotel. Staff, location and cleanliness were superb. I also bought breakfast one moring which I hadn't booked and it was very good and well priced for a cooked or continetal breakfast. The room was very good although on the small side - it was genuinel,y fine for somewhere to sleep shower and rest when travelling by my self. I found the Receprtion stqaff particularly helpful and really liked someone being avilable 24/7 (really helpful when you're coming home late from Wembley Stadium! ). I also really liked the location - very easy walk to Russell Square for the Piccadilly Underground line to Heathrow, Oxford Circus and Covent Garden, Euton Street for Wenbley (IIRC!) and St Pancras for internationla trains/Eurostar. I was also able to leave my luggage at the Hotel after check out on the last day before I headed to Heathrow for my retuirn hoime flight, which was really helpful.
Honestly, nothing at all. I was very comfortable during my stay and would stay here again.

I travelled light with just a small bag and I didn’t mind using the stairs. I liked the room. It was small, but cozy and clean. I personally fancied the bathroom’s look with the green tiles. I appreciate that there was hot water with good pressure in the shower. The room and the location was just suitable for my needs. I think it’s perfect for those who don’t carry loads of luggage and are comfortable with climbing up the stairs. I also appreciate the fact that it was possible to have a cup of water or tea/coffee at the hotel for free. The location was pretty good as well.
I for one really liked it for myself, but I think that elderly people or those who have difficulties climbing up the stairs might want to avoid rooms at upper floors.

Harlingford Hotel is a very charming hotel in a charming old mansion. I had a single room going towards the back; it's small but really cozy and nicely furnished. I also liked the bathroom with the green tiles. I slept with the window open, and it was really quiet. The English breakfast was also good, and the staff really friendly and helpful. I think it's very good that they mention on the website that there is no elevator and that stairs are steep. I was on the top floor and did not encounter problems, but it's good to be aware that getting a big suitcase up there might be a bit of a challenge. The hotel is walking distance from the Sif John Soane's Museum, which I highly recommend.
Nothing really ...

We stayed here for one night on a trip as a family of three in a triple room. The location is excellent. Easy walking distance from King's Cross/ St. Pancras station which is ideal. The staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. They were happy to store our luggage for a few hours as we got into London earlier than check in time, which allowed us to go and explore the city right away. The room was spacious enough for the three of us. We looked out over the local park and the windows were brilliant for looking out of and letting in plenty of air. The bathroom was very good, and the shower was powerful and hot. There were plenty of options at breakfast in the morning, and for the money I would highly recommend having it (there was bacon, eggs, pastries, bread for toast, cereals, coffee, tea and fruit - something for everyone). Highly recommend this property for anyone travelling into London via King's Cross Station.

The location is spot on, easy walk to lots of spots and Euston and Kings Cross. The room was clean and well furnished, enough space to put down my luggage and get ready. Lots of light, a big sash window, a lovely bathroom. Very clean. The staff were so helpful and they have a luggage store you can use before check in and after check out, perfect for a one night stay with two days out. Down a quiet, very pretty street and felt well away from the bustle of the city. Perfect for a solo traveller.
I would've liked a charging port/socket by the bed. Bring a long cable!

Very quiet spot in a central location. I was fortunate to be on the top floor with a tree outside and could leave the window open all night. A rarity in London? I imagine that the room would have been very hot in Summer. Bed was very comfortable, room was quiet, staff were very friendly.
Be aware that there are no lifts so it is a long way up some steep and slightly narrow stairs. Bathroom is small and whilst it was clean and perfectly functional it was old fashioned and had a net curtain and plastic shower cubicle.

This was maybe my tenth stay at the harlingford. Its like an institution to me - so welcoming, personal and relaxed Don’t get cocky though - keep it within an affordable price range for us! Unlike the rest of london!
Yea yea… there is no elevator or air con (be quiet americans!) but thats because it is such an amazing place. What do you want!???? Stay at a premier inn or the other one million places out there if you want that dull experience! You can’t gut a 300 year old building just for your great big suitcases full of union jack shortbread and cosmetics you bought near caffe concerto on piccadilly when you had their terrible afternoon tea!

We knew the location was excellent having stayed on this crescent before. Very close to Kings Cross/St Pancras. Lovely building. We were pleased with our room. It was quite small, as a family room often is, but exactly as described and quite recently refurbished, fresh decor etc. The bathroom was small but bright and clean, nice toiletries. And very thoughtfully, a set of ear plugs! (The hotel was quiet, but outside noise can be heard in the late evening, partly due to the attractive original 1sash windows which are of course not soundproofed). Good hospitality tray. Light welcoming breakfast room with good choice of food, replenished regularly by friendly staff. The kitchen was open to see and looked very clean, as did the rest of the hotel. We didn't use it, but the lounge looked nice, and useful if staying with a party in more than one room. Easy luggage storage.
Tv signal poor. Shower a little small due to inward folding door.
