The 24hr desk staffed by friendly staff. The room was clean and big enough, bed comfortable with good shower. USB ports by bed. Location was walking distance from Kings Cross station, with lots of bars and restaurants around.

The communal spaces were tardy. Staircase narrow so a struggle to carry suitcase, and no lift. No breakfast facilities. However for one night stop over the price is cheap for London.

The hotel's location is accessible to 3 train stations. So strolling the city is not a problem. The room is not what we expected it to be but it was fine and good. Cleanliness is well and good. Our room was not cleaned for the first 2days but later on it was being cleaned until the last day of our stay.

The hotel does not serve breakfast. Being a 3 star hotel, a breakfast should be served at least. No free water bottle which in most cases should be a part of the amenities.

Very clean and comfortable place with very polite service. 5 min from nearby metro stations. The house is old but well maintained. High value for the money you spend.

I reserved a double room, however I got a basement double room with a window. Every morning I was in touch through the open window with workers that worked nearby. From the facilities I only missed a small fridge. One can hear the underground train that passes nearby, but I did not find it uncomfortable, just the opposite.

The staff were really friendly. The location is incredible and you get your money's worth. It's in a nice, quiet location, so slept really well. Perfect for the money you pay!

Albeit being a budget hotel, some things could be improved. For instance, the shower pressure was low, and the sink in the shower drained really slowly. This was the third floor, so could be the reason for the low shower pressure. The water was nice and hot though. Also, the walls are a bit thin. Unfortunately we were next to a someone having a loud argument. Thankfully we had in-ear buds that blocked out all the strife!

The location is a pleasant walk away from British Museum, British Library, UCL, LSE, and King's Cross station. The room is looking over a famous park around which several literatus lived. Room is flawlessly cleaned everyday. Reception is friendly and helpful. Abbi and Akash take care of guests.

If you have heavy luggage, be aware there is no lift. But, it's just London.

It's a small hotel and despite being in a busy area, the room was lovely and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely view of Cartright Square from our room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt safe there. The location is great, lots of shops and restaurants close by. Close enough to Russel Square tube station. I would definitely stay at Leigh House again for it's location, price and lovely staff.

Nothing really as it was perfect for our stay.

Not luxurious or high class, but exactly what you'd expect of a perfectly decent hotel in this area, for instance if like me you need to stay a night to catch an early train. Nothing fancy. Reasonable value for central London. Very helpful staff - someone is always on reception. I left something behind and they are kindly keeping it for me till I'm back in London.

Slightly noisy from the pub across the road, but that didn't go on late at night.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I think our basement room had been refurbished recently as it did not look like the photos on the booking.com website. Both the room and bathroom were immaculate and furnished in a very modern style. Our room was in the basement so it was quiet and the temperature stayed cool despite the London heatwave. The location is great, a 5 minute walk from Euston and St Pancras stations. Lots of cute pubs nearby. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London for a city break.

We had an impeccably clean room with good heating and a modern, comfortable bathroom with proper water pressure. The staff is lovely, the location has very good public transport connections, and the streets around the hotel are full of lovely restaurants, quaint little cafes and decent looking pubs.

It wasn't a problem for us, but it has to be mentioned that it's directly above the Piccadilly line and you can feel and hear trains passing. Nothing serious, but some people are more sensitive to it than others.

The room has everything I need. It’s a bit pricey for a one night stay, but considering that the hotel’s location is in the centre of everything (e.g., shops, train stations), I think it’s a good deal because they were able to provide me a comfortable stay. The receptionists are friendly, and helpful.

I couldn’t open the window after closing it for a bit. Also, I couldn’t pull down the curtain. There was a noisy pigeon outside, and I think I could hear the tube running from my room (which was away from the street). But still, I had a good experience.
