Excellent location. We were in the twin in the basement ( upon request as we had large bags and there is no lifts which isn't too unusual) so was a little nervous. However the room was large, comfortable, high ceilings and you could open the windows to let in air. Perfect location for the under ground for sight seeing and heaps of place to eat. If you want a comfortable place to rest between exploring this is spot on.

Look, it's not the Ritz but that's ok. I don't think I could have coped without a lift if I had been on higher floors, but not uncommon at this price point in this area. Bathroom needed a bit of a refurb and you needed to run the shower for a few minutes to heat up but that's not a deal breaker. No fridge in room but again not uncommon in UK I've found.

The location and the man who checked us in and out was very lovely, polite and so helpful.

The property was a lot more dated and not as clean and shown in pictures, the bedding was clean but the room could of used with a dust and a good vacuum. It served us well though and was a good location to get to anywhere we wanted.

Our room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also very spacious and the high ceiling made it seem even more spacious. It was the perfect temperature all around amd the bathroom was very practical.

The charging outlets were in awkward places so make sure you bring a long cable with you. The TV was small which wasn’t much of an issue but it could’ve still been better.

Hotel was very clean and had everything that was stated. The person at reception was very helpful. The street is very quiet but near the main road with lots of restaurants, nice bars and cafes The station / underground is extremely close with easy transport to all over London.

The room can get very warm as there is no air conditioning. However in the room I stayed in a fan was provided.

Fantastic stay, extremely responsive and polite personell. Great location, room was much larger and better than I expected. Great location, only minutes away from Earls Court tube station. Very clean!

The hotel could do with a bit of refurbishment. Definitely needs new towels which were very clean but worn. The heating is inadequate, primarily because of the Victorian high ceilings that make the room difficult to warm.

Staff was really nice, the room was ready early and it was quiet and comfy. It is really close to the metro, with good lines to the main points. Plenty of shops and a nice walk around.

The wifi was really weak, despite efforts to restart the router. Rooms higher up and on the back seem to have this problem.

Spacious room with private bathroom, comfortable bed, tea/coffee in our room, we also received clean towels every day 🥰

I liked the location, quiet street and safe to walk even after 9pm, good neibourhood, close underground station Earl’s Court.

The property does not have a restaurant, but you can find plenty of food and drinks options on your way back from the underground: mcdonals,kfc,burger king,m&s and also libanese food if you prefer

the position is perfect, few minutes walking from the tube stop of earl's court that goes directly to the center. The room was bigger than what I expected especially the bathroom

A good sized room. Great location for the Piccadilly line to Heathrow

Limited contact with reception unable to report the shower was slow draining Curtains very thin.
