Room was beautiful and comfortable and staff members were super friendly and personable! Perfect location in Notting Hill - my sister and I can't wait to return!

Honestly can't think of anything - maybe add a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival? It's such a gorgeous facility with great history, it seems like that would be appropriate!

Staff were very friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean! The small double room was a good size and beds were comfy. It was really quiet and had a couple of great nights sleep. Continental breakfast was delicious - lots of different foods for everyone and could upgrade to hot food for an extra charge. Great location for tourists - only a 3 minute walk to Pimlico Station! The bar area looked great - good selection. We never used it because we always ate out late so had drinks while we were out. Would definitely come back here!

There was nothing that I didn't like. It was a perfect trip. Only thing I would have liked would have been a fridge in the room but we managed without.

Room was a good size for London. Staff friendly. Location good - under 10 min walk to Pimlico station in one direction and bit longer for Victoria in the other. Continental breakfast included was good.

Could do with a few pegs coat hooks in the room to hang jackets. Noisy guests upstairs meant sleep wasn't great - squeaky floor boards didn't help.

Amazing hotel, very chic, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful from reception to restaurant. Beds are comfy even if a little small, the fact that we had an espresso machine and Nespresso capsules every day included in the price was perfect for us. Location is very good and in a quiet area. The fact that we had a window in the bathroom was very nice, most hotels do not have that. Nice view of the street , if you stay at a higher floor you also have a view of the city, but note that the higher the floor the lower the rooms ceiling will be. Toiletries from L'occitane were a cute plus:) Would recommend!

Our room was small, probably other are a little bigger. The food selection at the continental breakfast is a little too little but of very good quality. The wood floor in our room in some areas was very noisy, making squeaky sounds.

Beautiful hotel. Ideal location so close to underground and accessible to victoria line . Breakfast we decided to add on was amazing and choice was fantastic too. Decor in rooms was fantastic. L o'ctaine products in bathroom which was super special

Not really a negative as Old building but could hear people in rooms above. Glad i took ear plugs lol. But always expect noise in hotels it's nothing new .

The hotel was easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good - nice breads, pastries, fresh fruit, good coffee.

The room was small (though not bad value for money) - it was hard to find room to put the suitcase and having the safe, fridge, tea tray and ironing board in the wardrobe meant there wasn't much room for clothes.

Very conveniently located for Victoria Station. Neat rooms, lovely linens and towels. New plumbing. Set for tea, coffee and even had instant chocolate and cookies. Replenished every day, as well as changed towels every day. Nice, quiet area. There are many cafes and pubs nearby. Although in London there are no problems with this at all. This is how it would be in the rest of Europe. The breakfast was continental, no hot items, but all products were fresh and constantly replenished.

It would have been nice if bacon, sausage, eggs etc. had been included in the breakfast, but these items were only available for extra fee.

Location was perfect. just a few minutes walk to Victoria Station. Staff were very friendly, particularly in the dining hall and front of house. Very helpful, talkative and friendly. The rooms were of an expected size for London. Though my room facing Belgrave Road, seemed bigger than my room at the back of the property on previous stay. The rooms were always cleaned spotlessly each day and we had a favourite pub and Italian restaurant nearby.

Perhaps the only thing was maybe having some additional things for breakfast. We stayed seven nights there, so invested a bit of money in our stay. I think an offering of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and beans would have most welcome. I would loved to have had cooked/buffet breakfast, as we had experienced at all our other hotels during our holiday-both in the UK and Europe. But that aside, my friend and I really appreciated the staff and location. Would stay there again.

great location so easy to get anywhere as only 5 minutes to Pimlico tube station. The hotel felt clean, friendly and safe. A great continental breakfast.

our room 206 was right opposite a staircase that was used by the maids in the morning to keep their trolleys and this was noisy, so difficult to sleep once cleaning started, they themselves were not noisy but there was banging and general noise.
