1. Few minutes walk to Lancaster Station (in front of Hyde Park) 2. Very quiet in the night. No siren or traffic sounds.

1. Water flow in the bathroom is so weak. It takes long to take a shower. 2. No king-size beds, and the pillows are small and not so comfortable.

The location is great. Located in a quiet street very close to both Paddington and Lancaster Gate. Most attractions are a few stops away. Not many eateries around but the Flavours of India nearby was excellent. Staffs were quite helpful and always ready to assist.

The bed is too soft and the bedsheet seems dusty. The desk and chair also seemed dusty. It felt like the room has been vacant and they didn’t clean the room again before I check in.

As a frequent lone traveler between London via Heathrow I'm always on the lookout for hotels close to Paddington. The Westbourne is a brilliant find. This was my third stay and the rooms have been consistently comfy, peaceful and spotlessly clean with comfy beds and great showers. A big plus are the kitchenettes -- (a godsend during the Winter months/bad weather when I spend a lot of time working from the room). Fantastic location -- 10 min stroll to Hyde park, and one stop to Bond Street via the Elizabeth Line (Paddington). On this occasion the excellent staff went above and beyond to help me out when the hotel was sold out and I needed to extend my stay. Full marks to the hotel manager Kieran and team!

Great location

I wish there would be a restaurant for breakfast, but the same time there plenty coffee shops available in the area.

Exceptional hotel in a great location. Upon entering the hotel we felt so welcome by front desk staff. Our luggage was delivered to our room… how wonderful and so appreciated. Beautiful room, so comfortable and included a kitchenette, which we utilized fully during our 4 night stay. To have breakfast in our room, a quiet cup of tea or some wine at the end of the day in our room was definitely a plus as most hotels do not have kitchen facilities. A main reason we chose this hotel. Comfy bed and lovely linens and lovely bathroom. A 3 minute walk to Hyde Park, a short walk to Paddington Station and located in a quiet residential area making this a restful retreat after a day exploring London.

The room was fabulous in size providing us with tv each, a bed each, great size rooms and kitchenette and fabulous location close to Hyde park. The staff were very friendly and accomodating and we only wish we had stayed longer than one night!

* Room design is very early 2000s - furniture colours and wall painting should be changed - it makes room dark and not welcoming * Furniture and walls need refreshing - they are wearing out and you can clearly see it, upholstery needs washing * Tiny windows make it difficult to go without air conditioning (especially on top floor) and the rooms are rather dark * Why the main bedroom is lacking electric sockets?!

We had room 501. It was a cozy room with kitchen. We had a nice view to West London. The window could be opened which was really good! The bathroom was clean and had some very nice toilettries. Everything was clean and we had nothing to complain about. The room was very quiet. We hardly heard any other guests or street noises. The bed was comfortable as well. . The location is perfect right at Hyde Park and Paddington Station. Besides that, the neighbourhood is very nice and safe. We had a great stay here.

There was nothing that really needs to be improved. We are quite tall people, so I bumped my head against the towel rack in the bathroom a couple of times. Maybe the hotel tries a bit too hard to be a very luxurious hotel with the toilettries for example. This is not necessary in my opinion. Some cheaper toilettries would do fine.

The hotel is a short distance from Hyde Park and the metro station. Having a large green space so close by creates a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is a short distance to Paddington Station which makes the access easy to the airport and all major attractions. The kitchenette is a wonderful convenience for morning coffee and evening tea breaks. The hotel is surrounded by residential properties and small restaurants and is extremely quiet at night. Super comfortable beds for a cozy sleep.

Nothing

This was a lovely hotel in a great location near to Hyde Park and a short walk from both Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations. The room was comfortable and modern but definitely on the small side as seems to be the standard for London. Not that I used it, but the room was equipped with a great kitchenette including stovetop and microwave where you could actually cook a meal if you so desired. I opted for dining at nearby cafes and restaurants. I also loved the Molton Brown toiletries, very lux! Great shower, comfy bed and pillows.
