This place looks even more better in real.. Beautiful place, clean, comfortable bed, refreshment provide. Surely will recommended this place, as close to many restaurants and take aways. We took hop on hop off, bus stop closeby.. Paddington station was just about 10mins walk.

The apartment was in an ideal, central location and exceptional value for money. The space was a little cramped. Whilst the shower room and kitchen were well equipped, there was not really any comfortable sitting space. However, as our booking was for one night only, this was not a problem for us.

I was dismayed to receive a message, just before the stay, asking me to download an app for entry to the property and mentioning a £200 deposit. I checked on the app, which had a very poor rating, with critical comments and decided that I did not want to use it. I telephoned Reception, which was located in a hotel about 15 minutes walk from the apartment, to ask if it was possble to use a key card or keys and to complain about being told, so late, about the deposit. The member of staff at Reception was very helpful and explained that we could use a key card instead of the app, which is what we did. The deposit was not taken.

Great hotel location close to restaurants, coffee shops, park, and transportation. During our nine-night stay the apartment was consistently kept to highest standards of cleanness by the very professional hotel personnel (Larisa and Maria). Apartment is more spacious than photos might suggest. Street was unexpectable quiet for a reasonably central location on one of the World's most vibrant city.

Acoustic isolation between the floors could be improved, but overall, our sleep was quite comfortable.

No parking until 10pm and that's if you can find a space . Also the booking process is awful after your your payment, you have to provide id and £200 deposit ,also download an app for virtual keys ..then use via Bluetooth

Great central location, spacious and clean apartment, basic tea/coffee facilities provided which was handy as we arrived late in the evening. We stayed for 5 nights, cleaners came every 2nd day to dress beds, change towels and bins. 5/10 min walk from Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations and hop on/off buses. The area is residential so quiet in the evenings if you have small children but also close enough to a good selection of bars and restaurants for nighttime entertainment. There's a Nisa shop on the corner that has everything you need including luggage storage if you have a late flight.

Nice location (less than 10 mins from paddington), good value and much bigger than anticipated. Two bedrooms and a kitchen with dining room. Decent hot shower. Complimentary water and biscuits. Good central heating.

Very light on decor so felt soulless. No bedside lights! If I had realized they charged a 200 pound deposit before booking a non refundable room then I wouldn’t have booked in the first place. However the deposit was returned the day of checkout. They also have a no visitor rule which I didn’t realize. I’d wanted to have a couple of drinks and a take away with 2 old friends.

Room: Large rooms with plenty enough storage for our short stay. Beds very comfortable and soft, which suited our party of four. Hair dryer, Iron and towels provided. TV in every room including the kitchen. Location: perfect for our needs, attending an event nearby. Access location also fabulous with Paddington close by. Contact: I asked a few questions via Booking.com and they were replied to in about an hour, maximum. Very friendly and accommodating to my requests, including if I could check us in early. They advised that they would let us know if our room was ready earlier, and did. Great customer service!

The best attribute of this accommodation is easily the location - which is brilliant. It is a few minutes walk to Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens and a range of local shops, cafes and restaurants. It is an easy walk to the tube and a quick train ride to all of the London attractions. The room was very comfortable and clean.

It was a little hard work taking our large and heavy suitcases up 67 stairs to the top floor - especially with the last flight of stairs being very narrow. Having a kitchenette was great except that the cook tops did not heat up enough to properly fry our food.

The location is excellent-- just a short walk from Paddington station, but in a lovely neighborhood. I was in a basement studio. The kitchen area is small, as is the bathroom (especially the shower), but the bedroom was a nice size. It was larger than a hotel room of comparable price.

The only actual window was in the bedroom (so neither kitchen nor bathroom had windows). It looked out onto a service staircase to the front of the property, so opening the curtains was not an option. Overall, it was not a place I would hang out in, but it was ok for sleeping and minor cooking. Also, the bedroom light switch was at the door, with no bedside lamp, so turning off the light meant finding the bed in darkness.

It was better than I thought. Spacious, comfortable bed, functional small kitchen, spare towels , comfortable bed, nice toilet, really good location near the station, restaurants and amenities. I had a problem with my check in on my phone and my partner did it all for me while I was travelling overseas , he also paid the deposit with his card which wasn’t accepted. I had problems trying to do it again but the team was extremely patient and supportive and all worked out at the end.

The WiFi was on and off. The TV was a bit funny with lots of radio stations available and some random channels but that didn’t bother me.
