The room and bed were comfortable, and quite clean. The staff was really helpful and nice. The location is really good to move around London, and you can barely hear noises coming from the street. Breakfast was included, and it was nice. Price for value was really good.

My room was in the basement of the building, and there were remains of the work (scaffold and dirt) next to my window. There were 4 guests in the room next to mine, and I could hear them all night.

I am writing on behalf of my two grandsons. They had to move from two nights in a twin room to a third night in the two single rooms. The staff were very accommodating about the move and cared for their luggage. I have already given feedback about the earlier booking. We all enjoyed our stay at Trebovir and will recommend it to others. Its location is excellent - just a short walk to Earl's Court. Some National museums are within walking distance.

Simple signs giving directions to the breakfast area in the basement could be given. The outdoor steps need a handrail for older residents and for support when carrying heavy luggage.

The location, the surroundings are great, not noisy at all . There is an underground station at 5 min away directly to Victoria station, easy to access. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable. A closet to store your belongings, a small table with electrical wire so you can charge the phone easily and a chair, bed light. My window was to the street I could enjoy the view. There is an elevator and welcoming staff. The reception is open 24/7.

I expect it to be more spacious. The room was a single bed, it’s quite small. Also the bathroom was super small, there was a smell of humidity in it ( even if it was clean). I would have love to have gluten and lactose free options for the breakfast. No hair shampoo.

The hotel is around the corner from the Earl's Court tube station so it was convenient for getting around. There are also many options for pubs and stores nearby. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. While the room was very small, it was ok.

We booked 2 separate rooms - one for me and my husband and another for our kids (18 and 15). The rooms are tiny with not a lot of space to unpack (we were there 11 days). and no place to sit other than on the bed. The shower was exceptionally small - barely room to move around. The kids' had several problems with their room - the steam from the shower would set off the smoke alarm, the shower door was broken and one of the lights in their room was burnt out.

The room was spotless. Modern facilities and a very comfortable bed. Close to Earl's Court Underground. However there was no noise disturbance. Staff friendly and professional. I didn't eat breakfast so cannot comment. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, on a quiet street right next to Earl's Court underground station. The room was extremely small (although normal for London standards!) but had all the necessary amenities (free tea & coffee, hairdryer etc.) and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at reception and in the breakfast room were friendly, and they were happy to let me leave my luggage for a few hours after check-out. The free breakfast was good in terms of quality and variety.

The soap and shower gel (very harsh/overpowering). The single occupancy room is fine if you are petite, but the toilet in my room was literally under the sink so it would be challenging for larger people!

The location is wonderful, very close to Earls Court station and the district line to most places in London. The local Paul does lovely breakfast. Our room had an enjoyable view down the cross street. Always something to see. We had no real noise problems. The windows opened a little which let the cool night air in. There was a receptionist on duty, and all of them were pleasant. There is a lift and it works. I'd recommend the hotel for a weekend break or a short stay. We're on a longer trip so we have more gear than most, and for us there just wasn't enough space.

The room was really, really small. The ensuite bathroom was even smaller so we had to step outside it to use the bath towels. The tea and coffee making facilities were a tiny kettle, teabags and uht milk. No frig. Room could have provided a couple of extra shelves and hooks for the toiletries and towels. There wasn't enough room to dry the towels after use. The retrofitted fire doors made the already tight corridors very awkward to navigate with our suitcases.

Very pleasant staff. We arrived early for check in and the receptionist went out of his way to welcome us and get us to our room. Very much appreciated as we only expected him to take our bags and we were prepared to wander around the area and come back at 3pm. Continental breakfast was lovely. Bed was comfortable and very good shower. Our room had a small balcony looking out to front which was a bonus. Hotel just round the corner from Earls Court tube station so very handy.

The room was small (you could just about swing a hamster rather than a cat...) and there isn't much space to put things. Also the breakfast room was a bit too small which made it crowded. But this is all to be expected with this type of hotel in this type of area. It was good value and perfectly fine for a night or two

Great location for traveling to the London centre, as well as to Heathrow Airport (200m away from Earl's Court tube station). Decent continental breakfast. The room was clean. The staff (especially Andrey) was very helpful and polite. I complained about allocating me a lower ground room and they immediately found me a room at the ground floor.

The single bed was way too single....The room had limited space for keeping your clothes. Very small bathroom with a corner shower. Not many amenities in the room or the hotel.
