THE Location was excellent for what we needed to do, ONCE WE FIGURED OUT HOW TO OPERATE THE HEATING SYSTEM AND THE COOKING APPARATUS THE REST OF OUR STAY WAS AWESOME. BUT DONT EXPECT ANY STAFF TO WELCOME YOU IN, EVERYTHING IS VITUALLY BY EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT.

Admitting apartments like this are usually in the suburbs, the location is excellent. The bus stop is 1-2 minutes away and 7-8 minutes' walk to the Thameslink station (Brent Cross West). I had to take an international railway to Paris but it took only about 30 minutes to get to St. Pancras International. A huge Chinese supermarket is close by. The room is not huge but of a moderate size. Above all, everything is new and clean. The furniture is basic but everything I needed was there and worked.

The immediate environment of the hotel is not so hip. It looks like living on a construction site, with cars and trucks going in and out of the lane on which the hotel is bordered, but that doesn't affect the guests. Despite such surroundings, the rooms are kept quiet.

Lovely apartment to stay in. Very clean and beds are so comfortable. I arrived at 1pm check in was 2. All I needed was to use a toilet the girl I'm not sure her name was super helpful took me to the room I was to stay in it was still getting cleaned. She let me in to use the toilet. This was a brilliant first impression of the staff super helpful.

The internet stopped working Friday when I got back but that's the only problem I found and that's being picky as everything was perfect

Apartment was good abd had everything needed

Given the wrong code for the room, so took 45 minutes to sort out. No answer to phone calls. No contact available at booking.com. Eventually someone answered and it was sorted. Not experienced this before with a booking. It was stressful and upsetting

Sky line view from the top floor. Bright and airy spacious Room size. Incredibly comfortable bed. Plenty of storage. Clean private shower. Useful kitchennette hidden. Laundry room. Housekeeping regularly.

No reception or lobby. Slow internet during streaming services. Lack of local restaurants. Not a deal breaker. I will still come back to this hotel if I need

The room was truly a haven of comfort and luxury. With plenty of space, a plush bed, and stunning city views right from the window, it was a delightful retreat. The mini kitchen was charming and practical, while the bathroom felt cozy and inviting. The air conditioning was remarkably efficient, and the heating was just right, ensuring a perfectly comfortable stay. Everything worked flawlessly, making it an absolute joy to experience. I really enjoyed my stay there with my partner, creating memories we'll cherish forever. The staffs are amazing too.

The smell of the bathroom wasn’t pleasant but aside that I loved everything.

the room was so clean and well equipped, lots of mirrors, chairs, storage I could easily have stayed here for a longer period of time and been super comfy. the kitchen was well equipped too with a electric hob, fridge and cooking utensils, and a full bottle of washing up liquid.

I arrived quite late at night in the dark and as a solo female walking up what seems like a dark ally way was a bit daunting other than that I couldn't fault it. you get given super clear instructions on unlocking the doors and getting your key however some instructions on where to find the building could be helpful, as it is hidden behind a garage from the road it seems like your just walking to a car park.

Great well designed small rooms. A little cramped with a lot of luggage but otherwise very nice. Clean and great water pressure with a basic kitchen.

If you are wanting to get into the city, even though the train station is very close by, be aware of the long and quite expensive ride into the city on the Thames Link: AUD$16 or £8 each way. The front door of the building seems less than secure with the lock falling off. A little bit of a maze of narrow hallways but well lit. The laundry area consisted of only a washing machine in an unfinished room with construction materials.

Like the spacious room

1. I got and bathroom shower was tricky to use and no water at 2 pm or later to shower 2. No reception and card stopped working and took me 2 hours to get the access( with the help of same building showroom place people are kind to help me) 3. 10am reception( anything happens with room access (6pm to 10 am) will effect your stay if card doesn’t work or u forgot the card - anyway a humbling experience ( petrol station staff were so unkind and rude when I asked them to help me or guide to make a phone call to Victoria studios) - from next time I will stay in hotel where they offer 24hrs desk service in any problem ( My room locked : I was without my phone) so, neighbour shop staff were rude and I couldn’t call to victoria studios , its not available for before 10am
