Beautifully situated holiday park. The park and hotel are immaculate and the staff extremely friendly and helpful

My room was not serviced unless I hung the Please Service notice on my door. I didn't expect clean linen but it would have been nice to have my bed made, cups cleaned and tea/milk replenished.

The hotel is situated in a lovely location,over looking the sea,it’s lovely and clean and the staff are so helpful.The rooms are on the first floor there is a lift if needed you can ask at the bar or reception for a key for the lift . Our room was spotless the bed was comfortable ,the rooms are not big but are cozy , plenty of hangers for your Clothes ,there’s a kettle and coffee and tea sugar ,hair dryer ,towels ,tv .We had breakfast which was plentiful really lovely and set us up for the day .

There also a a lovely size swimming pool which is inclosed it has a glass roof and sides they slide the sides open so it doesn’t get to hot in there,we didn’t use it but we know our granddaughter would of got a lot use out of it when we visit again .

Compact room, but fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed.

Booked a hotel with breakfast as we had a 10am appointment at nearby hospital and live 30 miles away. We were only told when we booked in that breakfast did not start till 9am. We asked if they could be flexible owing to our situation, but although polite our request was declined. Leaving early we had to travel to a nearby Tesco which served breakfast from 8am and thus pay again. Had we known the times for breakfast we would never have made the booking at the hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a great sea view.

although we only stayed 2 nights we were only given enough tea an coffee for 1 day and had to ask twice for more

Loved this super clean, modern room with great views and an amazing breakfast. Shame we didn't get to try the food in the restaurant as it was fully booked mainly by a local football party. Check and reserve a table. Part of a holiday complex. Plenty of parking. Swimming pool looked good but we didn't get to use it due the opening times.

Room wasn't cleaned. Apparently we needed to put the sign on the door but there wasn't one in the room. We did however get what we needed. Couldn't find access to beach from the hotel but may have been one within the complex.

Love having the sea view,even on a wet day. Breakfast was nice, staff seemed friendly, plenty of parking

We stayed here before,so we knew food was limited and there was a pub nearby. They had things on over the Easter weekend in the main bar area...it was packed ( couldn't all be residents) which is good for business, but meant it was the pub or our room..as all sitting used. I did have to complain that our loo bin hadn't been emptied, I understand these things can happen,but after being told it would be sorted while out for the day, return to find the same....not nice

Found online and was not disappointed. Very clean and breakfast good food freshly cooked and served with a smile by Sam and her young blond assistant sorry don't know her name but she was also very helpful. We booked for 2 nights and then asked to stay for a 3rd. Sam sorted it out for us so we didn't need to change rooms. Thank you Sam. Music on Saturday evening by Young man singing and it was enjoyable and the guests and locals all enjoyed it. Good pub across the road too if you wanted a change of scenery. Would definitely stay again

A shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would be helpful

Great modern decorated room with juliette balcony to enjoy the view of the sea, quiet location, large ensuite, tea coffee making facilities, with room serviced daily. Great choices for breakfast best value was the full/vegetarian breakfast. Great to have a bar/restaurant just downstairs.

Could do with a seat by the balcony door to enjoy the view instead of having to sit on the bed, also this is the only way of ventilating the room. View slightly spoilt by the children's play area (we were out of season so wasn't a major issue). Lack of light for doing make up in the bathroom. Would have liked an extra slice of toast with the smashed avocado and poached eggs.

Beautiful clean hotel ..lovely kind and funny staff ..Must mention .Angie and Ann house keeping ..Angie made me smile with her boat design on the toilet tissue end ..Sam and rachel front of house .Kevin the chef mark the life guard and of course lovely emma who was on holiday .But came in for an event ...You are all such hard working lovely people ..Thank you all so much for looking after us ..The carrot cake was the best i have ever tasted ..Will we be back of course we will ...You are all a credit to the hotel bar and swimming pool ...
