I had a very nice stay in this B&B, slept very nicely and calmly in a very clean house. The bus can get you anywhere you want from this location, even going to London is very doable from this location. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, I accidentally had to stay a couple nights extra and I was able to book this without any issues, I was even able to enter earlier than the checkin time.
I think the breakfast was a bit basic, there’s bread, cornflakes and drinks available but that sums it about up. This was a bit a disappointment for such a beautiful B&B!

Truly exceptionally clean. I have never stayed somewhere so spotless! The team was very friendly and accommodating and made my stay very easy. Felt like a home from home. My room was made up for me and towels were replaced every day, neither of which I expected, but were nice extras. It's very easy to cycle around Oxfordshire/Cotswolds from the location, as well as a short bus ride or cycle into the city centre. Parking was no problem at all, and a slightly late checkout was easily facilitated. The location is close enough to major roads and bus/cycle routes, but tucked away just enough that there was no noise at all and the area was very safe. There's a park/sports ground very close by which is perfect for running or walking, which was fab. 3 min walk to Sainsbury's, which is open till late if you need any essentials. I can not criticise this stay in the slightest, and so I recommend this place at the highest level as it far, far exceeded my expectations.

The whole house was very, very clean. The bathroom was large, it had face towels and it was cleaned daily. Comfortable bathroom robes were provided during our stay and our room was cleaned daily. The house has a lovely garden, with chairs and tables for the guests to have breakfast outside. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is very close to the bus station. We had an amazing time here!
The breakfast has a limited variety of food and no vegetables or fruit are provided. We shared the bathroom with 2 other rooms, but that was not a major inconvenience, as it was very clean.

The room was very nice and comfortable! The kitchen was also well supplied and was well organised. Lastly, the house was very nice and clean. It was also located close to amenities like a Sainsbury and close to the train station and to the bus stop that can take you to Woodstock/Blenheim Palace and to Oxford City Centre.
It's quite a suburban area. It doesn't feel much like being in the countryside. I personally wanted to go and look for a dark spot to star gaze but it wasn't possible due to the light pollution at night. It would be best to be with your own car if you plan to venture off to explore the area further.

We stayed here to attend a family party a few minutes walk away. This property is spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. We booked an ensuite room and the shower was powerful. The self service breakfast was plentiful and they even had Lurpak!
The only slight criticism would be that we were fortunate another resident opened the door on our arrival and gave us the number to call the owner. In fairness, the owner arrived within about 3 minutes and couldn't be more helpful from that point

The place was very good and the cleanliness was next to the best, even better than a regular hotel. It was spick and span! Parking was very convenient. My room was a little on the small side.
The old guy, I think he was the maintenance guy there - he was moody, a smile would not have cracked his face. Being friendly is free. I never met Laura. I met a young man from next door who kindly let me in, even though I'd advised I'll be there between 5-6pm. I arrived and parked up at 5:30pmand stood outside knocking on the door for 10 mins.

Sparkling clean throughout!
It was not stated when booking that the budget double room shares the bathroom with another room.

Lovely clean room with a spotless bathroom and a comfortable bed. Riz made me feel very welcome and explained everything clearly, as well as providing good recommendations for local places to eat. Surrounding area feels very safe - I was happy walking back alone from the restaurant after dark. Close to a Sainsbury's and a petrol station. Hairdryer in the room, which was handy as I'd forgotten mine!
Was surprised to find upon arrival that this was an air b & b not a traditional guest house/b & b - this was not clear from the listing on booking.com, and unfortunately wasn't really what I wanted. This needs to be made clearer, as it can be quite intimidating as a solo female traveller to arrive at what you thought was a hotel and realise it is in fact a residential property. With this being an air b & b and not a hotel, I think the price point is a little high. Also - tiny towels! I'm 5' 2" and 9 stone, and they wouldn't cover me! Walls a bit thin between rooms - could hear conversation of gent in room next to mine, and it didn't sound like he was speaking especially loudly.

Rooms were modern, stylish, clean and very comfortable. Quiet location close to Sainsbury grocery store and bus stops.
Not really a B&B; the breakfast was very basic dry cereal & coffee/tea. The property is NOT in central Oxford City; it is actually near Oxford Parkway train station, which is a half-hour bus ride away. Check-in instructions were inadequate.

The property was immaculately clean and easy to find. There was plenty of parking on the street and the area felt very safe. There was a big supermarket across the road (Tesco?) and regular buses into Oxford. The Wi-Fi was strong and the breakfast was good. The hosts were very welcoming, We would be very likely to stay here again if we came to Oxford.
