The room was small but comfortable so definitely great for if you plan to be out during the day and just need a place to sleep at night. The staff were mostly friendly and provided good recommendations for services (such as laundry). The room was decently soundproofed from other rooms and the road however you can hear if people are noisy in the hallway. The hotel is in a good location as it is near a bus stop (so easy to get to and from Oxford city), grocery shops and a decent selection of cafes and restaurants. There is a free water machine in the lobby for you to fill up your water bottle and a paid beverage & snacks machine if you need as well. Staff are also available 24/7. Would definitely recommend this hotel for those planning a shorter stay with a packed itinerary. The air conditioning was also very good.

The room was very small, enough to fit only a bed and bathroom so there was no extra space for a table to sit at. This was inconvenient for if we wanted to order takeaway and have our meals in the hotel room so we had to eat out most of the time. There was also no kettle provided.

The staff in this hotel were wonderful. A very young team, but nothing was too much trouble and I always felt I could ask them anything. They were very knowledgable about buses to and from the city centre, which was great. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city centre, the bus service was excellent and it only took about ten minutes to get there, unless the traffic was bad. I had a room with no window, but the advantage of this is you get no street noise, just the occasional door closing or hearing footfall. I had a very comfortable stay here and slept well.

There were only two things but very minor. The air-con was a wee bit noisy and the coffee machine at reception worked a bit intermittently and I kept having to ask the reception staff (who did not mind at all) to help me get a drink. I just didn't like to be taking up their time as the hotel was busy.

The hotel is really great for a short period of time. It is cosy, clean and the staff is really excellent - kind and helpful. It is not in the center of the town, but bus stop is just next to it and it is also a walkable distance everywhere. Bathroom jest also very clean and modern, I loved it.

The only two things problematic for me were: -there is not even a small closet or a cupboard, so when a room is as small as it is at this hotel, there is literally no place to put things. There is some space under the bed to put a suitcase which is convenient, but still no place a t all to put anything at all; -no windows - I am aware that it is a common practice now to built a hotel with a AC in every room and with a non-openign window but it was not convenient at all for me. We were in Oxford in April, so basically when you do not have to nor heat nor use AC to get a place cooler, but when there is no widndow you have to use AC all the time because there is no air to breathe when you do not. Still, a very good hotel for this price.

It was perfect for us as we did a quick visit to oxford for one day at a great location and had a car park so it was perfect. We book a room with window for a few pounds more but it makes all the difference for uswell internet connection and easy to connect TV on the room good size but we did not use it as we only use the hotel to sleep

There is a smoke detector on the ceiling that it looks like a CCTV with a red light flashing all night i have my doubt about is (did not like that) We book room for 2 but it was only one towel on the bathroom (let me down a bit) and the floor matt had some stains on it again do not asking for a five star hotel but those little details it make the differences of book it again or not. Car Parking is a shared car park but 15 pounds per night is a bit too expensive. You are 40 minutes by walking from the city center or about 10 on the bus.

I enjoyed the location, right in the middle of summertown, making everything really accessible. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Shower was a good temperature also.

As we were leaving we had two women on the desk almost force us to write a review. When I told her I would like to write it later as I always do, it was received with a level of hostility. She then pushed to make her write about herself and her colleague, to whom we had no interaction with prior so I refused. A slight spoiler to part of the experience. Other than that the room was lovely, missing a few luxuries but suited the purpose.

Just WOW! Booking.com and Tripadvisor advertised a twin room with a window for £12!!!!! So I went with booking who then added a discount and booked me a night in Oxford for £10.79! Yes £10.79. When we got there the lovely lady on reception asked would I mind clarifying the price I paid which I did and she couldn’t have been lovelier told us all we needed to know, even walked us to the lift and let us book a space in the car park as we arrived at 2pm (felt really bad when a chap turned up at 9pm and there were no more spaces though) Had a lovely stay, followed up on the tips given us by reception. Absolutely nothing to complain about but still can’t believe it cost more for the car than for our room, but I’m still not complaining. Thank you whoever gave us this wonderful treat you have no idea how grateful we were ❤️

Loved everything no complaints

I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel! All the receptionists were extremely helpful and supportive. I was feeling a bit sick the other night and when I asked for some hot water they helped me out with a big smile. And in the morning they offered me a goodbye coffee. Huge shout out to all the receptionists that made my stay sooo pleasant: Sadia, Ayesha, and Elena!! What an amazing service and experience for such a small price! This is my second time at the hotel. The last one was last year and I can truly admit that the service and hotel are not only keeping their high standards but it increases them every year. Next time I visit my friends in Oxford this will definitely be my go-to place 😊

There truly is nothing to complain about!

I liked the concept of the Easyhotel, the satishfaction of a good sleep, a perfect dormidorium. The beds were brite und long with quality matrasses and pilors, air conditioned and quite. Central location and fair preices.

The free space is unusually small, hardly to move among the beds and there is not a possibility to open the window. I understand though, that this is according to the concept fair prices, energy conservation, the main use to sleep only. Accordingly, there no any lounge room, but there are many bars, restaurants, Cafes , shops around. (Busstation Summertown Shops)

The location, which is not too far from the city centre and easy to get to in Summertown by bus (£2 per trip from the C1 stop in front of Sainsbury’s in Oxford city centre; plenty of shops catering to your meal, laundry, and grocery needs (Tesco and Sainsbury’s just across the road in front of the hotel; en-suite toilet and shower facilities, with toiletries provided and hair dryer as well as fresh towels available daily on request; the lifts, a great aid for your heavy luggage, you would be hard-pressed to find this facility elsewhere in Oxford; the drinks machine at the reception area, just £2 a cup for my daily hot chocolate; and the friendly members of staff who do their best with helping you settle in for your stay (special thanks to Bruce, Josh, and Diana as well as the two who checked me in at arrival on 27 Apr, my birthday).

No facilities for Muslim travellers; I would like to suggest at least a qibla direction in the room, because sometimes the internet does not work so you can’t use your qibla finder, and maybe a special room or at least some space to do our daily prayers because there isn’t any in the room unless you perform your prayer on the bed (which was quite a challenge trying to keep upright when your feet sinks into the soft mattress).
