Recently again, I just confirm the staff here is very pleasant, extremly helpful with all requests and information needed. Professional, but with human approach - very kind - all staff really great, but there was especially a lovely young Scottish girl/lady on both evening shifts at the restaurant, speaking very well Spanish and even some Catalan and uniquely willing to learn and succeed how to draft a proper pint of Italian and Spanish lager...which is a rear in this business across UK.

A little bit a mold on few groutings in between floor tiles in a shower, not a big deal. A bit of special chemical can fix it in minutes.

Excellent location. Couldn't be better. For an international airport, Glasgow is small. I got off the plane, picked up my bags, went through the (relatively small) multi-story car park across from the main entrance, crossed the road and there it is. Couldn't be closer, if you're walking. The Express city bus only takes 15 minutes, operates 24 hours (every 10 or 15 minutes between 06:30 & 23:00,less frequent in early hours). If you're driving, see other reviews. The room. Well designed, very clever use of space, the most important thing being the big comfy bed with great quality white sheets.

The breakfast was adequate, enough of the basics for an early departure for an 0800 flight, the reason I stayed here.

Room was for designed for guest using a wheelchair, therefor it was nice spacious. Including bathroom. Nice corner windows, very bright room. Comfortable to use as two days "trip-office". All staff I did meet thru the 2 days stay were pleasant, helpful and knowing what they are doing.

The hotel internet is set to work only with newest browsers on Mac comp. / the pop up page with password when entered is not reacting on enter / I did not want to update my OS because that and I used my phone hotspot thru my stay. Some grouting between shower floor tiles needs whitening other it looks moldy in some areas. Not big deal.

The food was seriously good, and the ambience of the bistro and the whole hotel in general was really relaxed and quiet. Helped a lot to destress during the stresses of travel! The room was incredibly cosy too, with a lot of complimentary gadgets and devices to make one's self at home with.

I do think that the system of ordering food at the bar was a little finicky, as I had to queue up behind people who were ordering lots of drinks just to put down my order for a burger. Having a separate system for ordering meals/food would be much better, especially as the food itself was shockingly good for the price!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, good quality breakfast. Great for a restful sleep after a long journey back from foreign climes. Also extremely handy for the motorway for onward travel the next morning.

Our plane back to Glasgow Airport was delayed so we arrived after the hotel restaurant closed at 2145. There were no other options for food other than crisps and chocolate. It would be good to have some sort of limited 24 hour room service for guests arriving late at night, even just sandwiches or something heated up in a microwave. Also it was difficult to drive to the hotel despite it being clearly visible. Glasgow Airport has a very convoluted road system which is currently made even more confusing by road works. Better signage would be helpful, particularly as it is unclear where exactly the entrance to the hotel car park is located.

Great little hotel breakfast was alright. Breakfast was OK but couple of things I would change.

I actually enjoyed my stay it was comfortable. I would also like to say that I would change the apple juice and the sausages I'd love to see some plain sausages not keen on cumberlands . The apple juice tastes fake it tastes like American candy like jolly ranchers. Otherwise breakfast was great I would also change the way that the cereal is dispensed. All containers were opened and you could see other cereals were spilling out into other cereals plus it's kind gross when you see other people's arms going across I'm just weird though its just a little hygiene thing i would change.

The location. We could easily walk to the airport within 5 minutes. It made the return trip home much easier.

Overall the hotel met all our expectations but there were two minor irritants. On our arrival we weren't given the information sheet that we were supposed to have been provided which contains WIFI information. I had to go downstairs to retrieve it. We were only provided with one room card upon our arrival. When we went for breakfast in the morning, we forgot the card in the room and had to get another one. This was quickly and immediately resolved by staff at the front counter who were very accommodating.

The staff is outstanding. I arrived at the beginnings of a cold and within a minute, the lady at the desk handed me a packet of cold reliving tea. I was so touched by that. She even offered to make me a cup of warm water so that I could start taking it immediately. I had literally just finished my check and had even gone to my room yet! Wow! The Barman was also terrific. Very friendly efficient and made my drink exactly as I had asked, which rarely happens. Rooms are nice. Thoughtfully laid out. Comfy bed and pillows. The quick walk to the airport under a cover walkway was perfect. All in all a good stay.

Staff are extremely helpful one girl in particular katie at the check in desk. On arrival she had informed me that she had gone and set the room up for us by fitting the cot in for our youngest child. And just really helpful the rest of the stay. Breakfast was also good plenty to choose from and kids to choose from aswell 👍

There was a bit of noise coming from that side of the building we where located at. The big fans in the carpark witch I understand isn't really much that can be done about them and it dose take a while until you kind of try forget the noise.

Fiona on reception was excellent. She sorted out a major problem we had at check in.

We didn't like the fact that the hotel had no information regarding the second room that was booked through booking .com. Fiona on reception spent a long time trying to track down the booking which was for 2 rooms but booking .com had only notified the hotel of one room. After about an hour of her trying to resolve the issue she cancelled the original booking and made a new reservation. We are very disappointed with the lack of communication from booking.com
