Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was superb with easy access out to the west in the car or on the train in to Glasgow at Dalmuir Station. Staff were friendly and very helpful everywhere. Pool facilities were well kept and clean. We didn't eat at the hotel, but happily sat in the bar area a couple of evenings and enjoyed the friendly, relaxed atmosphere around us and drink prices were reasonable. Only downside for personal reasons were the pillows were not to our liking. The fridge in our room was also not working, but this was promptly rectified when brought to the hotels attention, bravo!

Nice hotel near glasgow centre, stayed overnight for a early appointment the next morning, hotel doesnt look the greatest from arrival in the car park, but once inside it was fine, reception staff were friendly and personable, i didnt use the pool or gym so cant comment but they look very nice, the room was big with a walk in shower, nice tv menu with info and food menus on the screen which i thought was good. Overall for the proce i paid im very impressed

Room was slightly cold when i first went in but the heating sorted that out after 30 min or so

The reception team were very welcoming and helpful. I was given a large double room with an additional single bed (presumably a family room) which had a view over the river Clyde. The room was exceptionally clean, modern and well appointed. The pool was relatively small, but combined with the sauna and steamroom, it was an ideal place to relax before dinner. As for dinner, it was excellent and way above what I'd expected. It was also fantastic value for money. The buffet breakfast also provided a varied selection of fruits, cereals and hot food.

Because of a change of flight we had to book the Friday night separately to the Saturday and Sunday night. My review for the Friday was not good but if I am to review our stay on the Saturday and Sunday it would be different. I didn't get there names but the lady and gentleman on breakfast Sunday morning were so lovely and couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming. Also on Saturday night we had a problem with our key card on return to our room late at night and the staff member in the office couldn't have been nicer to us. He gave us new cards and said to ring down from the phone in the hall if they didn't work and he would come up to us. Top class service here. Perhaps the hotel redeemed themselves a bit with these amazing staff members. Let's not judge them all by one bad experience.

The place is clean and feels new. It is, however, a conference hotel and the rooms felt soul-less. Decently appointed, but without a lot of personality! The location has plentiful parking. The staff is a delight. It took us just 15 minutes to drive to the airport and return our car on a Saturday morning (we left at 7 am).

It would be nice if the complimentary breakfast started much earlier than 8 am! We would have enjoyed a quick breakfast before our departure. The rooms do not adequate climate control. It was quite warm all night.

The room was a good size with a lovely view. Not that it mattered, but the choice of TV channels was somewhat sparse. Or perhaps we didn't search sufficiently. We had an evening meal which was nice and very good value. We did not have time for breakfast but the price seemed very fair. Being there for another purpose, we didn't have time to try out the amenities that the hotel could have provided. Perhaps next time it will be more of a leisure experience.

A little bit of a problem with the shower, but user error. Also TV not great, or at least we couldn't get many channels. Might have been user error again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a large conference style property and this is reflected in the style and size but given the price paid for the room, I have no complaints about that. Room was very comfortable but a little basic apart from the bathroom which was very well appointed. Despite having a couple of events at the hotel when we stayed, the room was very quiet and no noise was heard form other guests.

Breakfast was a little impersonal and basic but had a reasonable choice. The restaurant was also rather basic and befitting of a large conference style venue. However, the breakfast experience was adequate.

The room abd bathroom big, comfortable beds and chairs and clean. Nicely decorated and lovely views over the river Clyde. Good breakfast. Lots of common areas to sit or have meetings. Enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room.

The only issues with our room were that the heated towel rail wasn't working, the toilet seat was broken (reported these issues, hopefully will be fixed). The swimming pool changing rooms weren't too clean and in need of refurbishment. The WiFi isn't great, I had to use my mobile hotspot to work.

reception staff, dining room / bar staff excellent. room was ok but not as photograph, no sofa to sit on only two hard plastic chairs or bed. food ok for dinner and reasonably priced. breakfast excellent for choice came with package. Liked that we could extend to 2 p.m. as we were attending the hospital out patient department. That helped immensely but be aware no one told us that the room key stopped working at 12 midday and had to ask a maid to let us into room after returning from hospital.

Attitude of maid supervisor when asked to let us into room, very nippy and informed us the key stopped at 12 midday as if it was our fault we were staying till 2 p.m. which we actually paid for . Considering it is supposed to be a four star hotel, a box of tissues in the room would have been handy, there were no 'extras in room' could easily be a three star

Modern Hotel. Clean room. Fridge. Comfortable bed. Self service breakfast OK without being special (Poor tasting coffee from machine). Big window with lovely view of the garden and the river with ships passing by. Large bedroom with great shower-room. Excellent strong shower and interesting, heated mirror to avoid condensation. Good big towels. Our child loved the swimming pool.

Double doors to adjacent room allowed low level noise from their TV to come into our room. Hard carpeting. No drinking water supplied. Parking very congested.
