We really enjoyed our stay. JJ was extremely friendly and helpful and recommended a couple of really nice restaurants - with Amici the star of the show. Cul-Erg is very well situated in beautiful Portstewart, on the beautiful Antrim Coast. This has to be one of the most stunning coastlines in the world. Portstewart is close to so many scenic and historical sites, including the Giants Causeway, a World Heritage site, Dunluce Castle, Ballintoy, Carrick a Rede and its famous rope bridge, the Dark Hedges and delightful local towns and villages such as Ballycastle and Glenarm (to mention just a couple). The scenery along the coast is absolutely stunning, so a mecca for photographers.

Lovely big room with a modern ensuite shower room. Beds are very comfy. TV in room. Great location for town. Host was warm and accommodating. The guesthouse is situated nearly on the seafront and some rooms have sea views. The B&B rooms had a grand feel to it them, that made you think you were staying in a movie set. We all loved this guesthouse. The breakfast was superb (especially the fruit and granola bowl). Our host helped us book our taxi to the airport and secure a good price. We were also allowed to use the chill areas after check out which made our last day very relaxed. Thank you. We would recommend!

The location is great, you have a nice view of the coast and harbour with great sunsets if your room is facing west. The host is very friendly and helpful. The B&B has a nice atmosphere and the room has all the trimmings and modcons you can wish for (even ginger snaps). The breakfast is generous and you can choose from a long menu ranging from musli with yoghurt to a full irish breakfast.

The Hosts were so wonderful to us. They suggested restaurants in the area and made us reservations. Breakfast was exceptional, the lovely dining room was perfect. They did everything they could to please us. Our ladies that we booked for were also delighted with their rooms and breakfasts. Views were exceptional. They had the softest beds and pillows and we will definitely stay there again with them.

Great location at the end of the promenade, quiet and peaceful room, didn’t hear a thing the entire night. Great friendly service and lots of helpful products in the bedroom and bathroom, clearly considered and going the extra mile. The breakfast menu was superb with lots of options and hurrah they had coconut milk. well done guys me and my 7 year old give you a big thumbs up and look forward to coming back.

A super B&B. We have stayed in many, but would rate this one in our top 3. Our hosts could not have been more welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean & had everything we would expect & more. Breakfasts were excellent & the room changed to a coffee shop serving home cooked food to the public which we availed of. JJ who works front of house, meets every guest greeting & naming them, & has a little humour/antidote for each table. We highly recommend to any, & will definitely return. Thanks David & Kathy B.

Wonderful B&B with a lovely room, ample parking, nice bedroom and bath, solid wifi, and wonderful breakfast in the morning. Providing bath robes during a cold Irish summer was a nice touch. The host (JJ) was exceptional and the water views walking around the hotel are stunning. Ample restaurants within walking distance, overall an excellent stay!

Delicious breakfast and enjoyed table service, room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable; warm welcome from staff. We arrive a little earlier than check in time, but enjoyed tea and homemade cakes in the garden area. A really central locataion, close to the town and sea, but nicely tucked away from the busy-ness, so quite quiet.

Nothing - we had a great experience

Exceptionally clean and fresh. Room had all I needed, plus small kitchen available for minimal use if necessary. Delicious breakfast provided each morning. Wonderful hosts, very hospitable. JJ gave information re surrounding area, as needed. Location perfect! And the "Cafe kitchen" open to public has exceptional cakes! Recommended!

JJ was so friendly and we really appreciated how at hole he made us feel. The breakfast selection was really excellent - they had lots of variety of fresh fruit, overnight oats, juice, toast and a very tasty cooked breakfast menu! I was so Impressed by the quality and service of breakfast - absolutely first class. We will definitely be back!!
