The staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The overal cleanliness was 5* and the decor and furniture around the main hotel was very classy and beautifully presented. The restaurant was just as tasteful and the selection of food available at their buffet breakfast was extremely impressive and all very delicious! The room was immaculately clean and very spacious, with a super comfy bed and all the extras you could need for a stress free stay, including, a trouser press, iron and ironing board, alongside a tall fan (incase the Scottish weather surprised you with some sunshine 😉!). The public transport was reliable, regular and efficient. There was also a local shop, garage and lovely buffet chinese all within easy walking distance from the hotel. I would definitely choose to stay here again anytime I come to Glasgow in the future and would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paisley or the local area.

This is me being very picky and in no way do I want to detract from my review of the lovely hotel. The ONLY negative I could find was that the spa and pool changing rooms could do with a update, especially the showers. I would also recommend considering bringing the jacuzzi back. Other than that the pool, sauna and steam were stunning and clean.

What a BEAUTIFUL place! I truly regret not leaving earlier in the day, as we arrived well after 7pm. We completely missed the opportunity to really explore what the hotel could offer us for our 1 night stay. The chips + gravy for my kid was sooooo good. I ordered the bruschetta which I was a little disappointed with. Only 2 pieces for like £7.... Not good value. Very close to airport, which is the main reason I booked here. Renfrewshire Cabs online app made it easy to order a cab for the early morning. The staff was amazing! Front desk.... The bar... The server... Aces! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would have loved a courtesy call about our luggage - we waited a very long time to have it brought up to our room, considering how late in the evening we checked in. We had to return to the front desk to inquire and it was still sitting there. But the front desk apologized and another person grabbed it right away to take upstairs for us, with humble apologies. Oh! Also, the window blind in the room wasn't functioning! I attempted to have it lift up so I could open for the cooler night air, but the blind would not retract! It just kept pulling down. Oh! And the outlets and USB charging didn't work well at all.

The staff were very good and help the best they could. The hotel was was that I had to take a lift to the first floor then had to go down some some stairs I have motability issues the hotel was fully booked and had not spare rooms the staff helped me take my luggage to my room but it not help me with my leg

Booking.com not passing the information over that I needed a lift to my floor unless on the ground floor . The hotel staff looked at the details booking .com had sent them and no information about my motability issues. The hotel told me this is no the first time booking.com dnt pass the correct information over to the hotel. The hotel staff said this happens a lot with booking.com. they told me if I book at this hotel again with booking.com to phone the hotel make then aware off any motability issues could not take shower because no hand rails to hold on to getting in and out over the bath.

Lovely breakfasts and comfortable bed. Very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful in most respects.

There was no warning that they were expecting a lot of people on the weekend who had pre booked the restaurant and that spaces to eat were going to be limited. We tried to book but we were told that we could eat in our room. We had a small room and space for one to eat at the table so that was a non starter. Sadly it was a very stormy, wet night and all the Just Eat and Deliveroo were also booked until very late at night. We ended up getting extremely wet and walking to the Chinese restaurant around the corner.

The place had everything you would need, rooms were clean and remodeled beautifully; the bar and restaurant were great; and, the spa area was a big addition with a big pool and two saunas.

There was not enough tables and chairs to sit down around the bar but you could go sit at the restaurants tables if any were available. The restaurant closed their orders at 9:30 and my husband arrived at 10pm but in fact they closed orders at 9pm that night because they had a wedding and not enough space for more orders. I think that if you are going to host a wedding while having regular guests, you have to prepare yourself and your supplies plus an extra half an hour for orders at the restaurant could be helpful for the guests arriving at late flights.

Top class breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Facilities were good and the hotel had a range of breakfast choices rarely seen for vegan or gluten free options.

First room should have been more thoroughly checked for cleanliness, but the hotel staff quickly reallocated us another room.

Wonderfully warm welcome despite a whole coach load of folk that had just arrived before us! Helpful and friendly staff all over the place. Waiters and waitresses very conscientious and friendly. Delicious dinner (Chicken caesar salad for me and pasta arrabiata for my husband). Comfortable room with fan and tea and coffee making facilities. Fluffy towels and beautiful shower room tiles! Clean and tidy and felt very up together. Breakfast delicious and I so enjoyed the pool although a roped off area would have been sensible as older people end up swimming through the middle of splashing kids. Excellent breakfast and amazing fried eggs considering 250 people were being fed! All in all a brilliant hotel for a night.

The breakfast venue had a sticky floor and tables felt sticky too - although food was fab, it felt like the floor needed a good mopping. Our TV didn't work and kind man came to look - probably worth checking ahead of arrivalsl.

Staff at the front desk were superb, the fact we was able to use the facilities i.e swimming pool, steam room, sauna and gym made the stay just more relaxing and great value for money! Nice clean bathroom too with a good working hot shower.

We had a king room but ultimately it was two singles together which wasn’t comfortable in the middle, the mattresses weren’t better but the nights rest was good. Tv in the room was a little outdated. Breakfast was optional and £12.50 if booked the day before, if not it was £15 on the day which I felt was quite expensive and unnecessary to be more on the day which ultimately put us off.

The staff really went above and beyond. Our stay was the evening of December 24th and all the staff were in a super cheery mood. We had a little stocking filled with goodies on our door when we woke up which was just lovely. Breakfast was fantastic. Really fresh, presented really lovely on the buffet and a large choice. We used the spa facilities and were very happy. We have stayed before and will definitely stay again.

Not a complaint but have stayed before and there was a jacuzzi which wasn’t available this time. Not sure if this is permanent or just during our stay

Really comfortable and big Room Food was unbelievable. Garlic sauce with the chicken was the best garlic sauce I've ever tasted. Burger was tasty juicy and sweet. Swimming pool was amazing. After I checked out they left myself and my son use the pool which was a great help as my son wanted more of the pool. I will be coming to Glasgow often and this hotel will be my go to hotel from now on.
