The facility for kids, the welcome information while checking in by the staff is amazing. They give a complete information about the activity of the hotel. The building is great & well maintained.

The bed sheet not feel comfortable enough, feel a bit rough. Hope the staff can consider to change the type of the sheet to be something smoother like an Egyptian cotton. The lift is not proper enough (the one at the back, crossing to indoor playing area), or maybe the renovation isn’t finished yet. The pool area looks a bit old, maybe not the type of my like which give a clean, cozy & lux calming area to relax.

Absolutely everything. Driving up the path to the hotel is just stunning, the grounds are so beautiful. The staff are just absolutely wonderful and friendly. The facilities were incredible and we really enjoyed the spa. Every little walk leads to somewhere so beautiful. The food was amazing and the buffet style dinner at the glasshouse was just insane. The room was comfortable and spacious. I loved the activities that went on at the hotel also. It was my boyfriends birthday and they upgraded us for free which was just so lovely and made the experience even better for us. Thank you to all the staff, all so wonderful :)

Wasn’t anything I didn’t like or enjoy here it was fab.

I stayed here mainly for convenience because it’s located just ten minutes from the Warner Bros. Studio Tour where they shot all the Harry Potter movies. While the resort has some impressive amenities, I did encounter a few setbacks. Upon arrival I waited a little over twenty minutes for my room to be ready. The front desk staff seemed a bit formal and less welcoming than I expected. This was despite numerous texts and calls letting them know exactly when I would be arriving. The fitness center was also challenging – hard to find, with a lengthy walk and a somewhat cumbersome entry process, which limited my motivation to return after one visit. Breakfast at “The Glass House” was a standout, with an extensive buffet, offering nearly anything you could want. However, the bustling atmosphere with businesspeople gave it more of a city “power breakfast” feel than a relaxed resort vibe. All in all, The Grove has a lot to offer, but some of the difficulties tempered my overall experience.

Beautiful grounds

1. Upon arrival, we waited over 35 minutes in our room for luggage to be delivered, rang the reception and was told they would hurry up but eventually had to come back downstairs to check what’s going on and found our bags still sitting on the floor. So had to take them up the room ourselves as we were eager to go out for a walk but it was quite chilly so needed the jumpers from our suitcases. Expected better from a 5-star luxury hotel. 2. Left sign on the door requesting cleaning service when we left for breakfast at 8am, came back to the room at 1pm still not been cleaned. Then my baby fell asleep around 2.30pm and then the cleaning lady showed up. So didn’t have new towels until evening cleaning team came in after dinner time. Not a major issue but annoying.

The Grove is super beautiful in its own complete huge private surroundings, and kept in wonderful condition this really is a special place. Being December decorated beautifully and even had a Jo Malone collaboration including a pop up shop, from the moment I arrived it smells delightful and temperature is warm with friendly staff (Moushakue) truly making the welcome 10/10. Everything is spacious too and I haven't touched on the gorgeous room, restaurants and bar lounges :)

I can honestly say there isn't anything I disliked about this place

Our weekend here was nothing short of exceptional. We felt so welcomed by Christina at reception as soon as we arrived, who gave us all the info we needed and even took us to our room. The room was so comfortable (especially after an upgrade, thank you!), and there was a special birthday treat for my partner. Breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel, the range of options was amazing and the French toast was a highlight. We had a lovely chat with Vera who was so attentive at breakfast too. Our massages and the spa as a whole were a definite highlight. Mia really took the time to ask what I needed and made me feel so comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous and a perfect setting for the whole place, it didn't feel like we were only a short distance from London. The food at Madhu's and Skewd was perfect, such good quality and we were so impressed by the service. Soad at reception was also amazing and very thoughtful after a small mishap at checkout. Yes, the price point is high but everything at The Grove was incredibly slick, well-organised and luxurious - which was exactly what we wanted.

The coffee machine coffee at breakfast could have been nicer, but that's just me being picky!

So much to love here! Surroundings/Location was amazing. Room (deluxe king) was so lovely, comfortable and really clean! Check in and out was really easy, quick and efficient. Spa facilities were OK, nothing necessarily to shout about, but they were nice. Food was amazing! We dined in the Glasshouse where they have their buffet. Not an ordinary buffet, it's around £80, but the choice is incredible, the quality was 10/10, flavours etc, just amazing. Staff were super attentive. Definitely didn't get £80's worth, but only because I was so full. But it was nice to be able to eat one plate of curry, then pasta then a roast! Great selection. Breakfast was also a buffet and with a great selection once again. Unlike a lot of buffets, it was actually very clean and replenished constantly. We booked as it was our 10 year anniversary, the hotel had some anniversary chocolates waiting in our room which was a lovely touch! Overall, amazing stay, just looking at the diary to try and book 2 nights this time!

Buffett price was a little hefty, but I knew this when booking.

The room was larger than expected with a nice view of the sculpted gardens and great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge range of options from continental to full English. The pool and SPA area were wonderful, I enjoyed swimming multiple laps in there before our delicious Indian dinner at Madhus. There was a harp player in the lounge on Saturday and in the lobby on Sunday creating a truly magical atmosphere. There was also a man with birds of prey on Sunday - it was great that the hotel organises so many activities.

The Stables restaurant on Saturday was very busy, resulting in very slow service for us unfortunately. It was also extremely busy at breakfast on Sunday but the staff accommodated us as much as they could. Not so much an issue but I would recommend for the hotel to install towel rails in the bathrooms - there was nowhere to hang our towels once used.

we had a wonderful stay here with our newborn baby and 3 yr old. The room was a great size with the sofa bed and cot, standalone bath and separate shower with a great view of the grounds. The Glasshouse buffet was delicious as was the breakfast. Grounds are stunning and so well kept. Loved the pool area and the beach for toddler to play.

We don’t recommend the Feast balloons as we had a disappointing afternoon tea here. They are a standalone pop-up though so no reflection to the rest of the Grove.

Room was adorable and loved it. The Breakfast was Wow and so was the Dinner at the Glass House was exceptional. Every where was super clean and the staff were friendly and supportive and 1st class. My Mum asked for Rose petals to be sprinkled in the Room and that was done too. Throughtout decor and Xmas lights looked Wow.

The Spa treatments were too expensive and there was no couples treatments. As we were on our honeymoon.
