Attractive breakfast room and good selection. Good to have a kettle and well-stocked tea/coffee. My room had a bath. Very quiet. Helpful, friendly staff

I had expected to eat there. It wasn't clear that this was not possible. The WC did not work well Wasn't sure if the room door was properly closed.

The staff were wonderful, especially the young lady on reception when we arrived.

Breakfast was very limited and very disappointing. No hot food on offer.

Friendly staff & breakfast was good. Was expecting a bit of a dump after reading some reviews, but it appears to have been newly decorated & had new carpets in the Public areas. Our room looked as though it had also recently been decorated, bed comfortable & room clean (after it had been serviced). Bar & Restaurant now open.

Arrived at 6.30pm, given the key to our room to find it hadn't been serviced! To their credit someone was sent up straight away to rectify this.

The room fine for an overnight stay. The bathroom was very clean and adequate. Tea and coffee making was good as well as a bottle of water. Breakfast was gorgeous. Big selection and the hot food was beautifully cooked. The staff were absolutely lovely. Very friendly and helpful.

Pillows but then it is rare to get decent pillows in reasonably priced hotels. They were like sorbo rubber and unforgiving but I slept well so they can’t have been that bad! Everything else was fine.

Room and shower was really comfort and clean. Really good location. Great for people who like to explore and walk in nature, Breakfast was really good, as a vegan this hotel had lots of option for me. Staff was really helpful and always smiling. I highly recommend to stay here

All good. Plenty of parking space and nice looking room.

Only quibble was the TV had standard terrestrial channels in SD.

Excellent hotel enroute to Southampton. Quite location and very restfull accommodation in which to break our journey. Good value for money and would certainly consider again in the future.

The hotel is beginning to show its age and will need an update soon. Showing signs of wear around the edges. This is not a modern style hotel but is more than adequate.

Everything was fine and very good value.Breakfast was quite good but could have been improved with some fruit.

Obviously it isn’t a 5 Star hotel. Considering the cost this hotel has been excellent.

Clean room. Very good breakfast and all the staff were friendly and attentive.

The establishment needs a makeover, however we could see that before we booked. We thought the price reflected this and we’re happy to stay and would happily stay here again.

The great condition of the rooms and cleaning provided and the ultra kind Reception staff (including at night).
