Our second stay here!, me and my husband booked the Trackside Balcony again, This is a truly amazing Hotel, Great staff who wait on your hand and foot so you do not have to lift a finger! They fufilled every reequest we had and asked for before arriving and we have had 0 issues on both occasions. We will definetly be staying again maybe sooner than later!

Limited food menu due to the sheer volume of guests, not any fault of their own that everyone wanted the same item on the menu,. Truly gutted that they have stopped presenting free gifts for special occasions, as on our first stay for our honeymoon we received a lemon tart with strawberries and chocolate sauce writing saying "congratulations" The second stay was our 1 year anniversay which they said they no longer offer mini freebies.

Great hotel, comfy, clean, reception staff were very polite and helpful! Rooms are a good size and the view from the room to the pit lanes is amazing if you book this one! Would highly recommend staying here! Looking to book again!! Museum is only a 10 minute walk away, and you can access the megastore via the hotel ground floor.

Minor things- -The walk from the temporary car park isn’t too far, but if it’s bad weather it could be a problem for a few people. (Wheelchair/pram/kids) -More staff needed in the box restaurant (we went Saturday night at 5pm) as the wait was quite long, even to pay and leave- but respectively they did their best.

Good location for weekend trip to Silverstone, rooms were very modern and clean, very comfy bed. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

We are in the Box Bar & Kitchen restaurant, my partners food was burnt, returned to the kitchen and he requested not to be charged for the meal, which it wasn’t; but no alternative offered. Breakfast was over priced for what it was (£15 each) - not enough cutlery, small plates, bowls (we had to ask repeatedly); food ran out quickly - we were told breakfast was 7.30-10.30, we arrived at 9am - no hash browns, pastries/muffins were low, no iced water/orange juice.

Having a track side grandstand view of the track and being able to watch multiple practice laps and different races from our balcony was awesome. Even though we were not there on a track or race day we had plenty to see. The breakfast was fairly good a bit chaotic with some things missing but staff very helpful and happy to get them for you. Evening menu a bit restricted for vegetarians and of a medium standard . The menu was the same every day so had to repeat meals . Overall an excellent stay the location was truly amaizing and made up for any shortfalls.

Buddha bowl was on the menu as a salad but had no salad ingredients It was mainly cooked rice and rather tasteless.

Loved the feel of the hotel and the welcome from the reception team. We had a great room which overlooked the track so were able to see some of the experience cars travelling round on their laps. Great roof top terrace for nicer weather. Nice welcome gift of a tube of delicious chocolates. It was a special birthday treat for my husband and he got a complimentary drink in the restaurant that evening which was a very nice touch.

The roof top terrace could offer the same drinks as the restaurant bar - we had to go dwon to get the drinks and then take them back up. Limited cocktails available. The shower in our room took a while to heat up and never reaaly got very warm. The feee wifi kept dropping in and out depending on where we were within the hotel which was a slight pain. Restaurat menu was limited in choice in the vening and was the same one as during the afternoon. No special on offer and for a person who does not eat fish or chicken , the choice was limited. Burger was great and so was the pizza.

Staff were all friendly, happy and seem willing to chat and help with any requests. Having a room with a view of the track is fantastic and elevates any stay within the vicinity for a petrol head fan.

Whilst the service was very friendly, dinner for some guests was slow at peak times. The food in general however was good with the exception of the Salmon main course which was swimming in garlic. The car park is being worked on which is great and will help finish things off nicely once completed. But if you are in a low sports car, just drive slowly and carefully and you should be ok.

We had a 4th floor room facing the pitstops, the view was incredible, it made our stay being able to watch the cars on the track in the morning. The room was excellent, spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a fantastic shower. The restaurant was lovely, our evening food and service was excellent.the breakfast in the morning was delicious although the service could have been better. .overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The breakfast was tasty and plenty of choice but there needed more staff to keep on top of making sure everything was topped up, we had to wait for clean plates & spoons and it felt like there was no rush with the staff. The rooms amenities were excellent, although we would have expected bath robes in the room and some bottled water in the fridge.

The hotel was clean and luxurious, we had a nice view of the track and the staff was lovely, we mainly dealt with 2 members of staff the most which were Paul and Michelle and they were so lovely and helpful and made the stay even nicer!

The only two points that I thought could have been a little better is the prices for food in the restaurant for what we had I thought it was a bit on the pricer side considering the chips were reheated. The other thing I thought needs doing is the windows could do with a clean there was cobwebs everywhere but I understand that it’s hard to get upto some of the windows.

The room was very clean and tidy and the view for track facing was amazing! Loved the different settings in the shower, great size tv in the room. The roof top was amazing. Check in was very easy and quick with the staff being brilliant and helpful

We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t get given clean towels for the next day, had to use a smaller towel after the shower, clean towels should be given every day dispite how many nights you’re staying for. Even though the food in the restaurant was amazing, the wait from clearing our tables and getting the bill was 45 minutes dispite other people around us getting served a lot quicker than us.

Iconic location to stay for a conference and it doesn't disapppoint. All the staff we encountered were more than excellent, very friendly, approachable and went out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued. Very clean hotel, bed was very compfortable and the balcony over the race track made a very interesting way to pass time between conference events. I would defilintely stay again, mainly due to the customer experience, we felt very well looked after.

They ran out of Chablis and Picpout de Pinet! but then I am a fussy wine drinker The bar and restaurant was great but I was a little disappointed that they ran out of the decent French wines so quickly but the staff handled my dissapointment admirably. Food choice was a little limited and more like a GastroPub than Restaurant I thought and much as what we ordered was tasty it would be nice to see more Gastro choice but I am aware that it's not easy to please everyone. One positive is that the food and drink manager was responsive to this review within minutes and gives me reassurance that they do take a pride in what they do, all positive and you can't fault them for that, they get the important things right and that is the customer experience.
