A very individual property in a great location. Our room was homely, bright and clean and very comfortable. We had fast internet connection and continuous piping hot water for showers. We loved the pretty garden with its welcoming seating areas. Our hosts were very relaxed, welcoming and easy going and breakfasts were substantial and served with no sense of rush. Do we recommend it for price and comfort? Yes, yes and yes! Thanks so much to both our lovely hosts!

There was nothing remotely unlikeable about our stay. Because I’m not so sprightly on my legs these days I did find the centralised location of tea and coffee in the communal lounge a slight faff, but we made it work so not a problem.

Breakfast was excellent, well above the usual sort of 'continental' fare offered in bed and breakfast accommodation, and it was evident that the choice of available options had been thoughtfully sourced and that they were all of very good quality. Jen and Joel were excellent hosts, engaging and helpful in their advice about the places where we could eat in the evening, and we will definitely return to Littlewell Farm in the future as a result of their welcome and the comfort of the accommodation. The location is also perfect for visiting the immediate area and beyond with Wells on the doorstep and Glastonbury only a short drive away.

The property was great but unfortunately we didn’t stay the night. It was Glastonbury festival and it finished the night we were due to stay. Talking to a local in Wells there is often a very, very long queue of traffic the morning after and we had a ferry to France to catch. So as not to get stuck in traffic we decided to move on and get further south. The owners were very understanding and we would definitely return at a more convenient time. Hope Jen and Joel didn’t take us leaving personally. Thanks for your understanding!

Hosts pleasant and welcoming to their new business. Good proximity to Wells and surrounding towns. Use of guest lounge . Nice mature garden and parking. Breakfast fresh and tasty - Small selection of continental meats, cheese, quiche , croissants, granola, yogurt, fresh berries. Speciality coffee and tea.

Nice Size bedroom but hadn't realised it wasn't ensuite when we booked. However we had a private shower / toilet / sink across the hall. All other rooms ensuite.

Location excellent, very friendly hosts, comfortable room. couple of suggestions, a chair in room would be nice and would prefer coffee making facilities in room rather than lounge. Personally like an English breakfast but the continental breakfast was fine. Also a visitors book to pass on information from what other guests had found in area.

We loved our stay at Littlewell Farm, it’s a gorgeous place, brilliant location. Really comfy beds, and fantastic hosts. Thanks again to Jen and Joel for going over and above to ensure our trip was perfect. Would highly recommend!

This is a hidden gem. Not walkable from Wells town centre but quiet. The garden was stunning and a lovely place to relax. Will definitely go back. Nice breakfast - not a huge range but all the ingredients were of a very high quality so it was very good. Very friendly hosts. We cycled from Bristol and they provided a secure lock up for the bikes.

I hardly left text comments, but I must say this is a very good experience, highly recommended. The room is cozy and clean. The house has a beautiful garden with a lot of flowers. Everything is as good as presented in the pictures. The owners are very nice and considerate. The breakfast is also unbelievable good. ~20 mins walk to Wells city centre.

breakfast room felt a bit cramped and it was difficult to get around to get to continental buffet. would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in bedroom.

Delicious continental breakfast in a pleasant newly decorated breakfast room . Jen and Joel were very friendly and helpful . Excellent hosts. Lovely property with comfortable, cosy rooms .

Our room wasn’t en suite but we did have a private bathroom across the landing.
