Sunny is an excellent host! He even gave us his personal number and was reachable for any concerns we had. The hotel is at a perfect location, 5min walk to Ilford station. The hotel is basic, however it had everything one needs and was worth the price. Sunny was also kind enough to store our luggages for a few hours after we checked out, which was very convenient for us since we had an evening flight. Highly recommended!

We had the king room, but it is not a king-sized room, just a king-sized bed. The room itself was a little tight to walk around. The walls are very thin - I can hear everything outside of my room, and likewise they can hear everything inside my room.

Ali is a nice person He gives good advice for restaurants around and for booking a driver. The Hostel was clean and the room spacious. I recommend this place

Located close to the station, we had a separate annexe at the back of the property. Shown to our room by our host, the room was spacious, he had provided some extra heating while waiting for the radiators in room to be serviced. Tea & coffee provided. Room also had a fridge, microwave, cooking rings, plates, cutlery etc if you wanted to bring any food back to prepare. We used the local wetherspoons on the main road doing breakfast's from 8.00am. Other locations are available.

We had to come down a few stairs or slope to our room, lighting is provided in the yard but was intrusive when trying to sleep. Maybe a blind over the glass at the front door and better blinds would help.

location, cleaning , comfy bed and of course staff nicely decorated room and room was spotless with exceptional staff service

The location is ideal if you want to go exploring London with the station a short walk. The hotel has plenty of good food outlets close by with a good selection of food to choose from.

Having the option of breakfast would be nice.

It was a very spacious room with a comfortable bed, all the facilities we needed. Also the shower + cleaning facilities were up to standard. Overall we were very impressed. 2 min walk from the town + 5 min walk from station. Great location. Have to add our Host was very friendly + helpful!

Clean and easily accessible. So close to the train station and lots of restaurants around.

At first it was too cold in the room but sunny came and switched on the warmers and it all got well.
