Staff and breakfast were excellent, although this hotel is located a bit far from the city centre, I would highly recommend it.

Amazing Hotel Experience! This hotel is incredible! It is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast is very complete, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The rooms are comfortable, bright, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The customer service is outstanding—every single staff member is incredibly kind and professional. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. I will definitely return whenever I have the chance!

The hotel itself, is a real gem. This is due to the following reasons. Number one is the staff……totally efficient and able to address and solve more complex travellers issues.As well, from front desk to room attendants, I was greeted each day with genuine enthusiasm regarding customer care. Number two is hotel amenities…….. gym, weights, mats, all with the rooftop view…… who wouldn’t want to work out!? 😃 And of course, the wonderful rooftop swim spa which you may book at your convenience for private use. Loved it. Number three is LOCATION….. it simply doesn’t get better than this sweet Punta Carretas neighbourhood. With the hotel right on the Rambla, there is shopping and the fantastic selection of restaurants all right around the corner. Meanwhile, back at the hotel, you have always got the wonderful view……

Nice view over the beach. The room we selected had a corner view, which was nice. The food was good and the breakfast buffet was nice. The room was clean and spacious.

We had an early check out to catch the bus. However, even though we mentioned the previous day, we would leave before the breakfast would open, and they did not help us get something like a croissant or something similar.

We chose this hotel for our last 2 nights in Uruguay. We had an Executive Suite on the 10th floor overlooking the River and the City. The Hotel met our every need and expectation We took the opportunity t use the leisure facilities and watching the sunset from the rooftop jacuzzi was extraordinary. We dined in the hotel both nights and Felipe the restaurant manager was attuned to our every need with some excellent recommendations. We left the hotel totally satisfied and at the same time a little sad that our stay was over

The location is great: beautiful spot and near great restaurants and Punta Carretas Shopping! The staff was super attentive, resolving all our requests. The breakfast was fenomenal and in a dining room by the rambla.

The hotel is a classic one. In my opinion, they could renovate the furniture, as they begin to feel old and old fashioned. In our room, a table lamp was missing, that the staff had to brought our request.

location is superb right at the Rambla with views to Rio de la Plata from every room. Breakfast is served at the street level in an airy, neat room with large windows to the Rambla/river. It is always excellent with variety appealing to everyone. Service is quick and gentle. The small Gym on the uppermost level has windows all around with wonderful views and a fair selection of machines. The small pool can be activated to allow swimming against stream. As always, the hotel has free bicycles for guests, The hotel is spotless and nicely appointed.

All rooms are carpeted, and although clean, they will never be as clean or healthy as wood or ceramic flooring. Bathrooms do not feature magnifying mirrors.

The location was the highlight. Gorgeous view of las ramblas from the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was bountiful, beds were very comfortable, and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Last, we would recommend the hotel's masseuse Klaudia who was fantastic.

The location was great. Walkable to the Punta Carretas mall. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and the tea time was excellent and high quality of food. I highly recommend you try their tea hour buffet in the afternoon! One of the few hotels in Montevideo that has jacuzzi and with a wonderful view from the top. The view of the room was amazing (I got sea view from the side). The bed was extremely comfortable! You can jog or walk right next to the sea just crossing the avenue of the hotel and it was so nice with many people walking and doing exercise too in the morning.

I didn't know in advance that to use the jacuzzi you had to make a reservation. Luckily there weren't enough people when I wanted to go. But if you know you want to use it when you go at a certain time, I would reserve it before you go so it's not fully booked. The jacuzzi could be a bit warmer.
