Cleanliness and room layout. All hotels should have showers like this one.

Someone thought it would be funny to set the room alarm for midnight. When you have had a heavy travel day, it was not funny. This was not the fault of the hotel . We always use are phone alarm. Perhaps the hotel staff can check to see if the alarm has been set after a guest leaves in their cleaning process.

I loved the hotel, beds and cleanliness.

The unhappy staff working breakfast and the lady at the desk. I asked why I was charged 190.00 for my bill as Booking .com said 168.00. She couldn’t answer why and I thought the hold deposit was 250.00. She said she couldn’t answer but maybe a deposit since I didn’t book directly.

Location as we traveled further south was great, super easy to get to right off the interstate. Facilities were clean, felt safe, and super comfortable. Beds were comfy, food places close by, easy parking.

The lady who checked us in charged us again claiming the card on file was not working. Spent most of the night on the phone with customer service with Booking.com trying to straighten out the situation as we had already paid online through booking. The next morning however, when we explained the situation to the manager on duty, and showed her the booking info, and the receipt emailed to us from the second charge, she was very apologetic and kind. She explained it should have never happened, and took care of getting us our refund right away and explained how long it would take to show returned to our card. I appreciated her willingness to help us get our money back so we didn't pay for the same stay twice.

Location. Ease of accessing interstate. Clean room and comfortable bed. Best breakfast at a hotel ever!

Room was adjacent to kitchen so had some morning noise. Would not want that room again.

Coffee pot didn't work, I asked for another one. Front desk stated if they could find one. Never got a replacement nor another response

I liked the fact that the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

When you got ready to leave and get on the main highway you couldn't make a left turn. You had to drive down to the next road to turn left to get to the interstate.

Easy access to Hwy, but off enough to not hear traffic.

There were strange noises, short and quick, but annoying and woke us up during the night.

Very nice hotel. Clean, helpful staff and on line check in. Got a message when the room was ready (ready before noon). This is our stop over on the way to the beach every year.

It was very clean, staff was very nice and the shower was big with great water pressure.

We were on the ground floor and the noise level from above was very loud.

Thaybi was charged twice for a room for one night. Still haven't been accommodated.
