Everything seemed to be in very good shape. The location was nicely out-of-the-way and not noisy. Convenient to I-565 and to Madison Blvd.

Only very small, picky things were problems--squeaky, noisy doors, no TV guide, one of the outlets attached to the desk lamp didn't work. Breakfast could have used a few more selections.

We were on Madison, Al, for a baseball tournament. Our room was very comfortable, very clean. The staff on duty during our stay were extremely knowledgeable and so kind! Very enjoyable experience! Highly recommend the Clarion Pointe Hotel. A definite 10/10 !

It was off the interstate. In a good location. Had a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was good, especially since other hotels are charging for these amenities.

It was a little dated, and it only had one elevator. Had a smell that was not great.

The manager was very helpful and tried to fulfill all our requests. The property was well maintained and everything was in working order. It was a very comfortable stay.

This is my first time to travel since Covid and things were definitely different than what I was used to. They had very limited breakfast menu. There was even less that was diabetic friendly. The room was not serviced on Sunday. They did not provide bottled water during our stay.

Good breakfast. Impressed with shiny clean floors. Didn’t use pool, but looked great. Location was great for baseball game. Hoping to come back soon.

Location was great. Easy to access restaurants and Space Center. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hotel and pool were clean. Very welcoming.

Could use a chair other than desk chair in room.

Very friendly and clean. The beds feels like heaven. Breakfast good and enough. The spacious room, clean and with hot water. There are no noises and minutes from the airport.

The space was nice for the price. The lady at the front desk was kind and helpful. The only issue I had was the bathtub wasn't as clean as I like. I told the front desk and they fixed it.

Cleanliness of bathtub. It needed to be cleaned out. I made them aware and they took care of it.

The hotel has been updated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff member who checked us in was very nice. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast, considering COVID.

Although the hotel is updated, it's obviously an older building. The walls are thin and you can hear other guests clearly. We were on the first floor and heard footsteps and doors slamming most of the night.

Breakfast was gone before we got down there and they stop serving at 9. Most hotels serve until 10 or 11.
