I always stay at this property when I travel to Fort Payne, AL. I come multiple times each year and they are always very kind and always a smile on their faces. They are like family away from home since I have been traveling there for many years. I have no desire to change my place of stay when I come down.

As we all age, the toil of traveling can become harder. Although, I am still young enough to do what I need to do, some of those who travel with me are not. An elevator at this property would be very useful for those who have room upstairs and have to carry all their belongings up the stairs at this time. Sometimes help can be found to bring your item up stair and down the long walk to your room. This is only a suggestion. Not having an elevator will not keep me from staying at this property. It would just make the process much easier when unloading and loading our stuff during and after out stay.

Everything clean and new, great location. I travel this route a lot and have been looking for a new regular place.

The pillows were my only drawback. Flat x3 and that's a biggie for me but I may have to bring one. Gonna try it again this week!

The breakfast was below par. It does have a lot of crews working in the area that stay, but it was relatively quiet.

Location and price for one night. Good shower pressure and hot.

Walked in to find refrigerator defrosting with large puddle of water. Office not answering phone to report. Used small pkg of dog potty pads to clean up. No wifi connection.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean.

The floor lamp didn't work. I did not to ask for a bottom floor room when making reservations. Two of us have difficulty climbing stairs. Everything else was good.

Toilet seat was missing a bolt and nut and didn't want to stay on and bed was hard but other then that great place

Comfy beds, nice employees, and nice pool

There was another person staying that is doing an extended stay and because this is a pet friendly hotel we had our puppy(well mannered and always on a leash) and we had this other person(tenant) tell us we needed to watch out for her dog that was outside because it would kill ours... but other than this it was nice!!

Room was clean. Clean sheets. Met house keeping about closest store. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Would stay again !
