It was very clean and staff was all friendly. I appreciate having juice water and coffee available in the lobby.

The computer system crashed as soon as we were trying to check in. It was a little inconvenient thinking I was going to have to make last minute plans but that was not the staffs fault as it was just technology and it hardly works the way you want it to so I can’t hold it against the hotel. We were offered popcorn and told it could be awhile. While she could’ve offered a little more reassurance I know she was dealing with a lot while having a lobby full of guests staring at her trying to get their rooms.

For the price we paid, it was a good hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. They had a lot more breakfast items than you would think, so that was a nice surprise. The location is great for being right outside the busier areas but you have a lot of food choices to pick from.

Nothing was out of the ordinary and I don't think there was anything I disliked about the place. Maybe the bathroom could be updated a little bit as the bottom of the tub was worn but otherwise, it was a good, quaint place to stay for the evening.

I loved the location, it was a very secluded quiet area. They had a little off to the side area with the grill on the bottom floor. I also liked how the room was located on the bottom floor with our two dogs we brought with us and it was easy access to get them outside to use to the restroom. The room was clean, and very bright and open. We only stayed just to rest our head before traveling again, and I'm glad I chose this place to stay for the night. I felt very safe & relaxed.

One of the only complaints I have is the bath tub. When I was taking a shower, the drain almost seemed clogged with how slow it was draining. I also don't think the room was not cleaned by any means, but I don't know what products they use to clean the rooms because of covid, but the floor had a weird feeling to it on bare feet. I don't think it was due to not being cleaned, maybe just whatever they used to clean the carpets left a weird residue.

I loved the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. I never had to ask for more towels, and the beds were made every day when we got back to our room.

I didn't care for the breakfast. It was eggs and sausage already cooked, but you had to heat it up in the microwave. We went out to breakfast every morning! I highly recommend Another Broken Egg Cafe in Guntersville. It's on Guntersville Lake, and the breakfast and view were amazing!!

The staff was very nice. The lobby was inviting. When I was running about 10 minutes late at checkout time i called the front desk to tell them. The lady told me I could stay until noon! That helped so much!

The coffee in the lobby was never hot or fresh. When traveling all night a nice hot cup of coffee when getting to your hotel or even when leaving in the morning, hot coffee is crucial.

The location was nice, the room's were clean. The hotel staff was very attentive. The pricing seemed to be fair. The pool was nice. The hotel is close to everything in town.

Breakfast was not that great. There was alot of items you had to cook yourself like the meat, eggs etc. The rooms are small but they are nice.

The breakfast offerings were great. The location was good as it was close to all conveniences and to our family. It was not what I would consider a lovely location. The construction and destruction taking place all around the facility ruins any attempts made to beautify the property.

I did not like the pool and did not use it. The chlorine pellets were just dumped on the ground behind the pool and are a hazardous to children and pets.

The room is compact but clean. Just what we needed for one night.

When we arrived back at the hotel around 11pm for the evening, parking was almost full. We did find a spot around the corber from the main lot but would have felt better to be in the main lot in view of the building. Overall, not a big deal.

I liked the staff very friendly, always asked us if we needed anything. Really loved the fact that it wasn't far from anywhere we needed to go. Loved the fact that they kept the lobby and eating area very clean. Will be back to stay again in the future.

There were only 1 thing that I wasn't happy with and that was the fact that when I went to make a pot of coffee in my room that it wasn't clean and I had to clean it out before I could make a pot of coffee. Other than that everything was excellent.

Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was located to lots of places to eat and shop. I would definitely stay here again!!

The only thing that I can think of that I would change is the mattress was a little too hard for me. My back hurt in the morning after sleeping on it. My husband did not have a problem with it.
