Breakfast was good, location was fair

Rooms were small, no drawers for clothes, no sofa like most double rooms have, no water in water coolers, out of supplies at the front desk like detergent

Staff is Amazing 😊 Breakfast was light and Delicious !!! Very clean .. Convenient to the grocery stores and shopping area …. Also not far from “beach” access . They are doing some road work ( which is out of the property’s hands) But a lil patience and a smile you can make the Best of it all . We Will definitely stay there again ( this was our second time , we stayed at the same place a year ago )

No complaints about the property - as mentioned roadwork made it a lil busy ( not something property can control- those guys are doing their job as well - but with patience and a smile - and you can maneuver your way around 😉

Quiet . The breakfast had a good variety. The ladies helping in that area were very nice!

The mattress could’ve been better… We didn’t think they were the same quality as we’ve had at other Hilton locations. However, the bedding was very cozy… The mgr did not speak good English … when explaining why $25 per night was added when we checked in. . But it was taken off when we checked out ….

It was right in between the beach and other activities that we wanted to do. They were very accommodating to my disability, which I appreciate. The staff we encountered were friendly. Nice pool (but cold)

Fridge wasn’t very cold in the room and there didn’t seem to be a dial to change it. During our stay there was construction to the street in front of the hotel which made getting back from the beach a little tricky, hopefully that will be resolved soon and obviously not the properties fault.

This place is clean, and SMELLS that way. It smells clean in the whole hotel. There are a lot of gross hotels around, this is one I will stay at again if I need a hotel in this area. Breakfast was awesome. waffles, Eggs, sausage, yogurt, juices, coffee, cereal, bagels. No biscuits, and gravy while I was there.

The barn door that is the bathroom door doesn't have a lock on it, and ours didn't close all the way so you could see in the bathroom toilet area.

The stay was great. The hotel is right on the strip with plenty of food spots gift shops and the beach is less than 5mins away! The room was clean, the halls smelled great, clean pool and sitting area. There’s nothing I can say bad about this hotel. Friendly clerk and warm breakfast. Our 4 day stay was very pleasant.

It wasn’t the property it was the street work in front of the hotel. It was a nuisance but it didn’t affect our stay.

Hotel staff was very accommodating... Beds were comfortable .... Room was spacious .... Overall Pleasant stay..... Parking was Tight in afternoon and at night..... however, we understand that it was due to holiday weekend. Late Night front desk employee was a lil stand-offish.... and short with his answers.... (different attitude than the rest of team members).

ENTRANCE TO-FROM FACILITY IS VERY CONGESTED AND NOT VERY ACCESIBLE.

The property was nice and clean and quiet! The only reason I rated 9/10 instead of 10/10. I booked 4 months in advance and had check in for 3pm got there for 3pm and said our room wasn’t ready to give them about a half an hour. We gave them an hour and it still wasn’t ready. The front desk person said every room was booked but could give us a 1 bed room when we had 4 people with us so we NEEDED 2 beds or even 1 bed and a pull out couch. After demanding a manager she said there wasn’t one on duty and that she can give us another room with 2 beds. What’s up with that?

Location good close to our condo. Good comfort.

Only one person at front desk for check in which is very bad service. Breakfast items not kept up for number of people there. Needed bigger trays for hot food. Oatmeal ran out early and no refill made. 2 pots of coffee were empty when wanting some. Only 1 lady working breakfast area which is also very bad service. No body at front desk to check out and a couple also were wanting to check in. Staff on duty were running around and no other staff were there to help. Bad service.
