Clean, comfortable room. The lady that checked us in at the front desk was super nice. The breakfast was great. Hot, to go style, biscuit, gravy, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, and potatoes. Fresh fruit, cereal, milk orange juice and yogurt was offered also.

No hot water! We were here on business, so we had to get up early to leave. There was not any hot water. I called the front desk and was informed maintenance was on the way to fix the problem. Unfortunately we could not wait and had to take a cold shower.

Excellent staff, very good breakfast. Loved the attention they give to us guests. The staff also gave great suggestions on resturants and places of interest. I will now be looking for Best Western hotels in my future travels.

Can't think of anything I didn't like. Would be nice if pool was heated. My room was in the back with some nice trees, would have loved to see some outside benches under the trees.

The room was clean. The people were nice. They seemed to have gone above and beyond to make it perfect with the little details like seating areas

Our bed could of been a little more comfortable but that's common. It was not horrible for sure.

Being pet friendly is very important to us. Staff was very friendly.

The front desk clerk Misty was very nice and pleasant, and the Shuttle bus driver Terry was nice and knowledgeable about the area. And the Breakfast buffet was good.

Everything was well just the rooms need a little bit more upgrade like the bathroom need a vent fan in it from the steam.

The bathroom door was all rotten, mildew, and moldy looking around the edges of the door each time the door opened or closed the moldy wood would chip off onto the floor...

I always enjoy the breakfast that is there. I also enjoy the exterior rooms as it does not interfere with other guests as I come and go.

I did not like that I did not have a bottom exterior room but I adjusted and was satisfied with what I was given.

The full breakfast buffet was great! This was a good location. The staff was very friendly.

That our room was outside and wasn't close to the elevator. Also, that carpet needs to come out of those rooms, please redo the floors and pull that carpet up. Thanks.

it was very clean and everyone was very friendly

we had to call the front desk 2 times to get them to quite down the people in the room next to us. they were so loud playing music, talking and slamming doors so hard it was shaking our bed. this went on from 10pm until after 3am.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. Breakfast was good.

Our biggest complaint and the only complaint was the pool. First day we arrived the pool was okay. Not very clean. The next day, the water was green. It was so dirty, we couldn't even get in. There were not enough chairs. This was very disappointing, since we were there to use the pool and relax. We had to go back to our room.
