Everyone was friendly . We realized we had a water issue in our room and before we could even report it , the front desk worker was knocking on our door explaining the situation and already had another room ready for us . We also left a bag in our room upon check out and they walked to our car to give it to us.

Strong smell of laundry in hallway but nothing unbearable.

Friendly housekeeping personal. ADA toilets not those ankle seats lol. Nice large room. AWESOME lighting at the sink for those with vision problems or makeup and hair styling. Plenty of HOT water

There was only 1 entrance with the same entry as an exit. There was NO Deadbolt even though there was a sign stating to lock it for my own protection. The bed was lumpy but I found an area that was comfortable. I thought a coffee pot would have been nice. A handle outside of the shower would be helpful for people with balance issues because there was a bit of a step down from the shower/tub.

I like the fact that it's very remote for the situation that my husband and I are in right now with our house and I also want to know do what kind of rewards do I get I mean I've stayed this will be my third night here when I book ed in a few minutes and then I stayed at the extended stay for two nights where my rewards

The guy was nice and everything was fine. The pool was cold and it was relaxing

Some chick at the front office had attitude. She had two pig tails. Didn’t say hello. I asked for another key card didn’t even asked me what my room was. Had to tell her and she threw my card even tho my hand was out for it. She just said sorry didn’t mean too and when I walked off she said something and started laughing

The owner/front desk clerk was extremely helpful and very honest! I was scheduled to stay before hurricane Ida. After the storm my son and I need to say additional days and we were able to stay in the same room with our puppy.

The hotel right behind this was a little concerning.

The customer service was amazing it was quite and everything was clean

The smell the room had a Oder and wasn't please and get that smell out of the not worth 120 for the room and have to smell that and it's not worth the money
