Myrakle was at the front desk on the first night we started. She is wonderful!!! So helpful and patient. I had driven straight thru from Washington to Alabama without staying in a room anywhere. So I was exhausted and my brain felt muddled up. She was so sweet and patient and waited for me to get myself together lol. She started our trip on the right foot and that alone was wonderful.!! I'd recommend starting here first and foremost for her customer service!

The only problem we encountered was that the hot water in the bath tub wasn't as hot as we would have liked but it was hot enough to soak for a few minutes.

The morning front desk man was ass nice and friendly as Myrakle was. He was attentive and very accommodating. I believe this place for very lucky when they got these two employees. It's great to have such a positive experience with check in cuz it seems here lately like the last few years, that the first people you encounter sweet the tone for the whole stay. Keep up the good work guys!!!!!

I really appreciate staff or owners however this was a repeat stay and was gonna make it my hotel spot for my cruises however I travel 7 hrs to get here just wanted to check in early(..noon)...nothing un reasonable to us anyways...was 😫 tired just wanted to rest before cruise next morning but wasn't a possibility without paying additional fees had to wait till 3..just think when u get repeat customers there should be some consideration (special)..customer appreciation..but love the hotel and staff...

the lobby is beautiful, i love that there’s breakfast, the location is great, the beds and pillows were very confortable, the mirror with the light around it is an awesome feature in the rooms

couldn’t find the ice machine, couldn’t figure out how to get into the lobby from my room & ended up having to walk all the way around the building, the floors in my room were really dirty, don’t like the $100 deposit in which I still haven’t received mine back..

Excellent, clean room....everything in working order, which is not always the case in motels. Staff first class. Great place to stay.

I'm cycling across the USA, so I usually like to leave at 7am. Not particularly happy having to wait until 9am to recover deposit. A bit of discretion maybe....the middle aged guy in expensive cycling gear travelling alone is not likely to trash the room, or steal the microwave!!!!

Even though the hotel was in the process of remodeling, everything in the public areas were clean. I requested a handicap on the ground floor, which they provided. Everything was clean and new, shower was very nice.

Need to have more ice machines. Had to walk around to the other building to find one.

Ask for (a) Miracle! I was looking for a miracle and I found one at Super 8! Miracle has exceptional customer service and is the friendliest and and most caring person i met on our 4000 mile journey. Thank you so much, Miracle! You deserve a bonus and a rise for all you do!

Thin walls

The staff did an excellent job. I really enjoyed my stay the room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was way too small and crowded. It was difficult to get into the shower. And the continental breakfast didn't have bacon

The room was very clean. The hotel was located in the in an area where there were lots of restaurants and stores for shopping. Overall the hotel was what we needed a clean cheap room the night before our cruise. Still no breakfast

The staff was not overly friendly but efficient. I do not like rooms that open up to a courtyard and the outside of the building was a little rough.

We arrived pretty late, you need $100 in advance as a reserve, those are returned to you once you leave, the staff was good, the only thing is as you can expect smoking people outside the room, but they didn't last too long, so for that was fine. I definitely consider this when I get back on a trip to Texas.
