The free breakfast offered a very wide selection of tasty, freshly made items and the service area was well attended and spotless. The front desk staff was extraordinarily friendly, helpful and professional. We had an emergency family situation in the midst of a local college having to shut down a 450 person dormitory building and they seamlessly accommodated everyone somehow and never lost their patience or smiles. Pretty much an ideal hotel staff.

Some rude guests who slammed their doors every time through them and talked/TV loud at all hours. Pool was a little green with absolutely no shaded seating or umbrellas. Guest laundry had only one pair of machines.

Night attendant was very friendly. We had a very short stay. Check in around 10pm and out around 7am. Everything was nice and up to date.

The hotel was clean for the most part however it could use a good detailed cleaning. The baseboards could use a good scrubbing in the bathroom and the drains in the shower. There was something spilled beside the night stand that ran down the outside of the headboard it was attached to and there was a piece of chocolate on the floor. Like I said everything was pretty clean....just need to pay attention to the details.

The room, elevator and hallways were very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was ok, the staff kinda watches over the breakfast like you will take too much which in our case we barely touch it. Coffee and a bagel was enough for me. And better water pressure in the shower.

Very clean and nice facilities. The breakfast was a bonus as there were many choices and very nicely set up. as an added note, one of our party left a tablet behind and upon arrival home, we called and the cleaning staff had turned it in and we were able to retrieve. Comfortable room and clean. Breakfast was good. Don’t know her name but the lady serving the breakfast was a hard worker. Keeping things full and cleaning the tables. She is not a slacker. Hats off to her! Please tell her.

Bathroom needed a little upgrade.

The place was bright, clean, and welcoming! The decor was fabulous! I actually took pictures of the room to add some flair to our home! The staff was wonderful and so friendly! The breakfast was great, and all amenities were in good working order. Absolutely plan to make this our stopping place between New Orleans and home. We will give 5-star recommendation to anyone traveling to Opelika to stay with you. Restaurants nearby were varied; some within walking distance. We had a quiet night which was key to the stay being a great one.

The black out blind is a track pull up/down. It needs a little tweeking to work more efficiently. A minor issue that did not detract from the stay. It just needs to be reviewed by the hotel staff.

This has been one of the best hotels stays I have had in a long time. The staff were super friendly and kind. They answered any questions and were very accommodating. The room was clean and so were the sheets. It is conveniently located right by the AMC movie theater, restaurants and a shopping plaza. I truly enjoyed my weekend stay.

There wasn't any shade by the pool area.

I was glad breakfast was still being served until the time stated. Some hotels stop bringing food out before the end time. I’m a late sleeper so always at the last minute to get breakfast.

Price of cokes was high. $3.00 for a small bottle. But I guess that’s normal for the convenience. If they were cheaper I would have bought two.

Great hotel! The spaces were clean and bright. Room was very specious, clean, and perfect for our group. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and eating and the highway. Breakfast was perfect and served in a way that made me feel safe. Loved this hotel and will definitely stay again!!!

We have a suite for 6 but there weren’t enough towels. Not a big deal at all!
