The regional director was very friendly and treated us like family, the manager was very nice, the guys that worked the front desk and staff were amazing and super helpful, kitchen staff was amazing and made the best grits I’ve ever had in my life! The full breakfast and coffee was great every morning in the lobby area that is very pretty!! There’s a young lady Paola and she was a pure sweetheart!! She was all over the place working hard and always in the best mood! What a great employee! This is a great place to stay! It is more upscale than most hotels yet economical. There are several nice restaurants nearby including Texas Roadhouse and Walkon ( Cajun food) and a custard steak burger place… all were delicious! Shopping nearby too!! My dog was treated with kindness and great care! Definitely stay here!!

It was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had!

I loved everything. Mrs. Lisa and the staff were super sweet. I had to add another night, even though I couldn't keep the same room due to it being booked already, she got us moved and settled in another room very quickly. She's amazing as well as the rooms.

The breakfast. The grits were always watery the entire 4 days and uncooked.. The waffle machine was broke our entire stay. There was cereal but no milk, our entire stay as well. As far as the juices there were only orange juice. The meat was cold. The eggs were probably the only good thing.

Everything was satisfactory with the room and location.

I stayed here before, this time the room that I got the bathroom toilet didn't work. I called down to the front desk and I was told that the plunger was at the front desk. Every time you flush the toilet, you have to use the plunger, that was very uncomfortable. I spent too much money not to have a non-working toilet. I did let front desk know what was going on that they need a plumber the next morning. I was too tired to fuss about the situation, but the next customer will not be as nice.

The lady who worked the night we checked in was absolutely amazing, so sweet and answered any questions we had. The tiger bot was very awesome to get to use. Perfect location with restaurants around, room had a lot of room, very clean and comfy

The only thing we had a issue with was the lady who was there the morning we checked out. Came down for breakfast at 610 am and asked where we went to get to it, was answered very rudely telling us it didn't start till 6am alabama time so I was like it's 6 10 alabama time and she goes k slings the doors open n said have at it. Then she goes and sits on the chair at the bar, on the phone and let's cuss words fly every few words .

They serve a great breakfast that includes eggs, potatoes, meat of some kind besides the carbs. Really appreciate that! Location is great for us as we head north from Opelika on 280 to Birmingham. There are lots of restaurants nearby to catch dinner, and the room was quiet and comfortable. We had a fridge in which to stow our cooler items overnight. We've stayed here before and will stay here again! Oh, and we even got a free, freshly baked cookie to enjoy in our room!

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Facilities were bright, cheery, and clean. Location close to the interstate and several restaurants nearby. The best free hotel breakfast I've ever had.

Only two knocks, first being during check-in. The girl was new and very friendly, and got us checked in with no problems. However, the use of expletives every sentence or so isn't very professional, no matter if it is just friendly conversation. Easily remedied. Second, the shower. While quite roomy and the shower head was wonderful, the bottom was a bit squishy and bowed up, as well as rather slippery. Had there not been a handrail, I would've fallen a couple of times. (And I'm rather athletic; imagine those that aren't.) A non-slip mat or something similar would be a good addition. Other than those two minor things, we had a great stay.

Location, breakfast is outstanding, cleanliness,smells good, gorgeous and spacious

Visitors were given a chance at free cookies in the lobby and they didn't supply enough for all...they were all gone by 5:30 and we were told they have plenty in stock but only put them out between certain hours..I think for the price we pay to stay and given the chance to enjoy the free cookies, then they should keep them supplied all day for us. We have stayed in places that offered them along with coffee as a reward for our staying there.

The lobby was very inviting and so clean! The young lady who checked us in was so very sweet, polite, and helpful. Walked into a room that smelled so refreshing and it was so spacious and super clean. It had all the amenities that we needed and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! So many foods to choose from and the sweet little lady preparing the food was so kind and diligent to keep all the food supplied as needed. She was constantly present if you needed anything.

Not one thing!

This was a great place to chose. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious, walk in shower closet for storage, it had a mini fridge and microwave. They even provided Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Had more than enough towels and rags. Bed was big and room was fully furnished. Thanks for an amazing stay. I didn't want to leave.

I love everything about this motel

The location was perfect. We were traveling from the Gulf Shores to NC and stopped over for the night. Very convenient to Auburn for a nice dinner. The facilities were very clean. I was very surprised at how much detail was taken to make sure everything was top notch. I have spent a lot more money for less. From check in to check out the people working there were very nice. Breakfast was amazing. Pancakes, sausage gravy, biscuits, fruit, yogurt, and so much more. I would recommend this place to anyone and if traveling back through would definitely stay again.
