Location was excellent, staff were great. The young man in reception on days was quite impressive. Room was a little small but ok. Hot breakfast was good. Rooms with even numbers had beach views. The 5 on the end had ocean view looking directly out onto water. Patio on beach side had tables,loungers & chairs . You must take your own to sit on beach (short walk down sidewalk)

No laundry facilities.

Super great location around many grocery stores, restaurants. Beach access. Clean, nice breakfast

The parking. Not enough or they’re just not strict enough on who is parking in their lot . Even though they took our plate number when we checked in.Got back to hotel one night around 10 pm and there wasn’t a single spot left in the parking lot..when we went to front desk at first their response was “ there’s nothing we can do u can go park across the street at rouses”…uhm what. Eventually the manager moved her car across the street and gave us her spot. Buuut they clearly need a different way to track down who is parked where ..how many cars per room. Etc because we had one vehicle and I can assure you not everyone that was in the parking lot that night was a hotel guest.

Front desk staff was very friendly and nice. Room was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. Breakfast was amazing, with an omlete bar. Hotel was just a small walk from the beach.

I wouldn't of had any dislikes until our last day, when an employee yelled at my kids. It ruint the whole morning for me.

Breakfast was great and location was great close to food shopping and beach

Maid service was not good had to chase them down to get towels Ramp to beach very steep hard to keep balance going up and down

The omelette makers were amazing ! And the rooms were very clean. On the smaller side. But the beds were so comfy, rooms clean and staff very kind and friendly.

Rooms a little small. It was a tight squeeze for my family off 4 with our luggage.

The view was amazing and the staff were excellent! Also loved their new omlette station at breakfast!

Their wasn't anything I didn't like.

Location was great, the facility was clean, breakfast was great, beach was clean!

Rooms are small and beds are about a full size just fits 2 plpl You have to pay a toll to get into and out of orange beach $2.75 each time, would of like to have know that when booking.

Not much really. Staff was great room was clean.

Very clean, ocean view, employees, many extra amenities, convenient to dinners and shops. Mattress was very comfy. Very large pool terrace with free chairs and umbrell.

Room and vanity was dim. The bath vanity had only 8 " space on each side of sink, no place to plug in large blower plug and the lighting was way too low. Only the shower and toilet room was well lit. To have enough light to fix hair and do makeup I moved chair toward toilet to hold the lamp to plug in curling iron and blower, used shower room toilet seat lid and tank top for a table, hung hand mirror on shower towel bar. Then returned and moved everything back so we could access toilet and shower room. Hung dry towels over lamp shade for a nite lite. Needed 2 king pillows not the 4 small pillows.
