The breakfast was great multiple choices fridge was working great food was hot. Employees treated us good gave us extra blankets and sheets when we asked for some. You have really good employees they deserve a little bonus or something the work really hard and strive on keeping these rooms up to par and getting ready for next stay. We will be back for another stay.

Nothing could be any better again our stay was great for what we payed for. We will be back

I have stayed in this hotel before and loved it. Had no issues and in a great location to where I needed to go and for what I needed to do. I did not actually stay at this location this time. The location was convenient to Ozark and Ariton. Breakfast was great with the waffle maker! The hotel also offered bagels, toast, cereals, and 24 hour coffee and hot water for tea. The room was comfortable.

The floor was a little sticky the first day but the rest of my 5 days the floor was fine.

I didn't eat breakfast the location was great and quiet.

There was nothing about my stay it was Great the lady that checked me in amazing my room great oh and my bed and pillows so comfy and so quiet they made my stay pleasant so no it was nothing I didn't like

Too much noise. Lots of noise above the room we were in. Had a roach in the bathroom. Breakfast could have been better. There was wasp by the pool which ran us from the pool. Other than that that, it was okay.

Breakfast was very good for our party. We enjoyed items we don't normally eat at home which was a treat. When we travel we kinda break our normal rules. Coffee was so hot and the best !! Grabbed a piece of fresh fruit for the road. That was a plus. My sister would have liked to have a banana. but realize shelf life is short.

Sorry about this...... but our across the hall neighbors had to have a major discussion in the hallway at midnight. Then again another person arrived at 1am and they had to have another conversation in the hallway. Totally thru our dog for a loop. Thought about opening our door and offering to "let him go" but that was not the right thing to do. Just said a prayer they would end quickly. then all settled down for the night.

The location is excellent! The outside area is very pretty and the play are is really nice. Our room was extremely clean and very spacious. The breakfast was good. All of the staff were pleasant and very attentive.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and it had a mini-fridge for my insulin. The included breakfast was good for cereal and a bagel.

The shower had a shower head on a bar which could be taken off for handicap bathing. The problem was the shower head could not be clamped in one spot to use as a regular shower head.

Beds comfortable love the lighting because most hotels now the rooms are so dark and the don't have both a refrigerator and microwave love that as well

Bathroom sink was trying to stop up water don't get that hot hair was on Bathroom floor and something was all over the bathroom door handle

property was clean, friendly staff. I didn’t eat breakfast but it smell good. need to upgrade to body wash instead of soap. small soap, shampoo etc in the bathroom. towel was not clean. stain on the white face towel.

the guest was loud and u can hear everything thing if ur on 1st floor.
