Has an outdoor pool. Wish I had arrived earlier so I could have taken advantage of it. The bed sheets and pillows were wonderful…so soft.

For some reason it took quite a bit of time for the front desk person to get me checked in. Not sure why as I had a reservation. I was required to sign some type of damage form and then they charge you $100. If there are no damages they return it to your credit card. I’ve never seen that before. Breakfast was OK. Nothing to write home about.

Definitely exceeded my expectations... !! Greeting when I walked in as great..!! The entire hotel was so very clean and kept up with. The food in the cafeteria was great. Everything about the hotel was just great...!!!

I have no complaints of anything. We have family in the area that we came from Houma Louisiana to visit... and in the future.... this is where we will be staying...!!

Super friendly. Breakfast was as good as any Waffle House and saved us $25. Would stay again if in the area

Not enough luggage dollies. Only had 3 and housekeeping had one of those to carry their stuff around. We are advanced in age and don't want to tote multiple bags.

Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean. Price was a little high for this level of accommodation.

First hotel we have stayed in that did not have a television remote in the room. Having to go to the front desk was a minor inconvenience and with no channel guide other than the one on the cable made it difficult to find wanted networks. Identifying by station call letters was difficult and pretty useless if you are not familiar with the area. Having a hard copy of station offerings is a much better way to find wanted stations rather than having to scroll through hundreds of channels.

Clean, well-maintained, friendly staff and an excellent included breakfast.

There were times were it was understaffed, which resulted in delayed room cleaning and front desk help.

The staff was very friendly and the lobby area lovely. Good shower with plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed.

Breakfast was standard fare...nothing great. A little expensive for a typical 2 star hotel (over 200$ a night)

I loved how spotlessly clean the room and bathroom was.

Front desk personnel tend to be away from the desk too much with a sign left to say they stepped away and will be back. Sometimes the wait for them to return is too long.

Great location, nice room, good breakfast area and food

I arrived at 3:00 and was check in time wasn’t until 4:00. I knew that wasn’t true because I stay at Holiday Inn Express whenever I travel. The woman actually told me to go somewhere else and she would call me when my room was ready. 😱

We used this hotel as a midway stop from home to our destination in Florida and then when we came back through. It was in a convenient location for that. The breakfast that was served was good and there was enough to fill us. We have a disabled foster son and the staff were quite helpful in getting us a room appropriate for us.

At this time, I cannot think of anything that we were dissatisfied with.

Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable which is unusual for me to find. Air conditioner worked perfectly! Oh and the shower was fantastic!

The cost was the only thing I didn't like. But everything has gone up. It was just a bit painful.
