When we arrived we proceeded to room. The room door was open and room was not made up. Went back to front desk and told desk clerk of the situation. She apologized and upgraded us to a suite. We appreciated that courtesy Breakfast was excellent.

4 floors and only ice maker working was on 3rd floor. That was totally unacceptable to us as we were on 2nd floor. Toilets are too low. Need to be replaced with higher toilets. Furniture in suite was old and worn looking. Hotel definitely needs some updates.

Nice variety of breakfast foods, nice moderate temperature in the rooms and very comfortable beds!!

had to request towel service/trash removal, and there is no night light for the bathroom. tub was not non/slip for elderly…. and room had a strong chemical/cleaning product smell. need to address those things.

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and the location was good.

The breakfast was late supposed to be ready by 6:00 it was 6:30. The gravy for the biscuits and gravy was cold. They would not clean the room while we were there.

I was really impressed! Had to make a stop on a road trip and looked up hotels in the area...checked in and the room was immaculate! Hotel staff was pleasant when checking in and out. Very clean, NO BEDBUGS, very comfortable bed and the pillows were very nice. I do a clean check when I get into a hotel room and check for bed bugs and cleanliness immediately...passed and went well above all of my expectations! Breakfast was grab and go...I grabbed and hit the road! Will definitely be staying here again!

Only thing they didn’t have was soap by the sink but I was too exhausted to even worry about it! I brought my own lol

The breakfast was good and the location was good for our traveling needs.

Booking messed up our reservations and had us scheduled for a totally different arrival date, even though I received an email confirming the CORRECT date. Fortuneately, the hotel staff was able to accommodate us.

it was very quiet and peaceful, clean and a wonderful breakfast. Our stay was on a Sunday night and we seemed to have the hotel to ourselves.

The only negative that I noticed was no fan in the bathroom thus our mirror steamed over while showering.

it was quiet nice & clean. they also had toys at the front desk for the kids to choose from to play with in the room

It had comfortable beds. it had an amazing water pressure. the facility was clean and the workers were very nice. the breakfast was really good also. will be coming back in the future.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, clean room, will definitely stay here when in the Birmingham area.
