The Motel was really nice. bed was very comfortable.

Deluxe King Room Disability Access Roll-In Shower Smoke Free that was the Room I Booked, what I got was a King Room with a Tub with One grab bar about knee high, so to say the least I did not get a shower and had trouble with getting up from the toliet as I use bars to do so, I was told the next Morning when I checked out that the reason I didn't get the room I booked is because the people who had it had not checked out??????? Sorry but thats just an excuse plus the room they gave me was the last room on the top floor away from the elevator though I have some trouble walking that far. So No I was not happy with the service I got.

The breakfast was a hugh plus. All the stuff was nice and welling to help. The beds were very comfortable and soft. It's hard to find that in a affordable hotel these days. We definitely will be staying at this hotel again.

The room could have been a little better with the cleaning. It looked like it was a quick wipe down and turn. But it was not horrible Could probably use a deep clean.. I did get a nail in my tire from the parking lot. It looks like they had construction on the backside of the parking lot. But that is no way the establishment's fault. And that's just knitpicking stuff.

The hotel was inexpensive on the dates we were visiting, and it was about 15 minutes away from the University of Alabama, so it wasn't too inconvenient.

The hotel had a musty odor throughout, the place felt dirty, and generally felt like it hadn't been well-maintained. It was strange how the parking lot was fenced off - we couldn't get directly to the road. There seemed to be construction around, and it looked like there was once more hotel that was demolished. We didn't have any problems, but it didn't feel as safe of an area as I would like.

very clean. hot, full, delicious breakfast. easy in & out. smelled clean & pleasant. nice bedding. staff was super nice & accommodating. I told the staff about the tub drain issue at check out. they were grateful that I mentioned it because otherwise there is no way for them to know. they said they would have switched my room but i had just discovered it. only stayed 1 night.

tub drained really really slow. choice of tv stations…dish tv has always proven to be a poor choice

I would never book at this hotel because of what some people say about it but I am so glad I took the chance and found out for my self The room was clean very spacious love the bath tube. Also love the breakfast and so did my family. This is my hotel for now on when I visit my sister. Also thank u to the lady's that check me in so very nice love this hotel. I actually booked it twice.

Front desk clerk didn’t know what she was doing. Had prepaid for room and that charged for room again at check in. upon check out clerk was again asked about double charges. clerk advised that booking would pay them for room and no posting would occur on bank account. Money taken from bank and after several calls it took a week to get money returned. have had issue with this several times with this chain. Great facility but probably won’t stay with chain again.

Child just moved into Univ. of Alabama. Been staying at Hilton using friend and family rate. Price was up to $600 a night during move in. At Red Roof, the rooms were spotless, comfortable and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Price was right. Hilton doesn't clean rooms when you stay more than 1 night. Red roof had our rooms cleaned and refreshed every night we were there. Location was a little shabby but close enough to the school for our purpose.

During a Hard time, Red Roof Staff brought me peace and comfort while my father was fighting for his life in the nearby hospital(300 miles from home). THE BEST RED ROOF INN I have encountered. The rooms were so clean with a delicate, appealing aroma when you entered the room. The complimentary breakfast was not only HOT....it was scrumptious. Wicked delish! You can not beat this nightly rate. Pet and child friendly(no extra charge). Give this place a whirl. You will NOT be disappointed. The manager is named Heather....she is the icing on the cake for this destination. She truly cares for her clients/guests.

Location was fine. I liked the size of the room and having the kitchen.

I didn't like the fact that there was not a coffee pot in the room. Even though there was coffee available in the lobby that was not convenient for morning coffee. I don't want to have to get dressed to have my morning coffee and I did not want to walk down to the lobby in my pajamas when people were eating breakfast. Every room should have a coffee pot. I didn't like the cheap toilet paper. It was like sand paper. For the price I paid I would expect at least 2 ply paper. I also didn't like the fact that I could not eat the breakfast because I have food allergies such as gluten, dairy, and eggs. There was nothing safe for me to eat. I also didn't like the there were in pictures on the rooms on the walls. It was very drab and dreary.
