We got to the Super 8 after several days of travelling, including a missed connection in Germany that had us getting to Juneau a day late. The Super 8 staff couldn't have been more kind and helpful. When we called and explained our situation, they arranged for us to rebook our room for a day later. The room itself was excellent. Clean and large, and our two kids loved the stuff bear in the lobby. Special thanks to Angel and Mary at the front desk for all their help. One quick thing to add: most hotels in Juneau have a shuttle, but not all of them will take you out to the ferry terminal at Auke Bay. The Super 8 will, so that's another reason I usually stay there when travelling through Juneau.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was super comfortable, modern and clean, it's located right next to several restaurants and grocery stores and they offer free breakfast and shuttle rides to the airport and ferry. This place is my personal *broke traveler's heaven*.

It was my second time staying here. The hotel is very well located if you’re looking to stay in a place near the airport, there’s also a McDonald’s right next door and a conveniente store across the street with amazing pastries. If you’re interested in going to downtown the bus stop is two blocks away, so no need to request an Uber. The staff was nice and willing to help, they even break a bill for me so I could take the bus. It’s not a fancy hotel but the rooms seem to be recently renewed. Shuttle was available from and to the airport, but make sure to ask for it the night before, because sometimes they’re short staffed and cannot be offered all the time.

The room was fine, and overall clean, I didn’t like that I didn’t have a phone in my room and had to use my personal cellphone to call the reception. The walls between the rooms are like paper (as most American buildings), so if you have noisy neighbors it could be potentially annoying.

Always a pleasure staying here. It's in walking distance of the Nugget mall, McDonalds, Breeze-In, Saint Vincent's thrift store, and if you want to go for a walk on a nice trail near by, the the airport trail is a good one. Clean, friendly staff, and let us have a little later check out, no problem! Also, has breakfast in morning and easy check in process. Would stay here again and give the hotel a 10!

Kind and professional staff that were very helpful! The room was spotless and it was nice to have a shuttle for the airport. Nice to have fridge and microwave and nearby quick places to eat.

Would have liked a couple of gluten free options for breakfast and coffee available all day in the lobby. Need a rental car to get to sites easily and quickly.

Staff was welcoming and accommodating. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient, they stored our luggage, provided a continental breakfast, they gave us food recommendations.

It would have been nice to have hot breakfast options and a shuttle service downtown

Great hotel for layovers between plane rides and ferry rides. The shuttle service was much appreciated! The front desk staff was kind and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would book it again.

I did not like the breakfast that was provided because it was only granola bars. I can understand if the breakfast needed to change due to Covid regulations but the wording for a “continental breakfast” should be worded differently.

Shuttle service excellent for ferry and airport. Room clean &comfortable, well equipped. Liked having coffee available in am, but breakfast was….not the greatest.

Receptionist was quite distracted with her pizza delivery upon check-in, but otherwise no problems or issues.

We had an adjoining room door that would not lock. We were moved into another room that was very even nicer.
