I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a shuttle into town from our l hotel location. Meals were offered in addition to the tasty breakfast included in the room price. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything!

The rooms were a bit small which ended up adding to the cozy atmosphere. Would have enjoyed a comfortable sitting area in either the room or the public area.

This is probably the most cozy hotel we have ever experienced. It has a bed & breakfast feel. The female morning staff in the breakfast area were fantastic - friendly and courteous. The location is very close to the airport and convenient. The bed is super comfortable. The hotel is a refurbished house and is clean and cute.

The hotel has staffing problems. We arrived and the front door was locked because no one stays at the front desk overnight. I'm not 100% sure, but I think the Best Western down the street supports this hotel when a need arises. The noise travels up the stairs easily. Since this is a renovated house, you can hear everything everywhere... but hey, that makes it more like home.

We are locals and I decided to book this place for the occasion of me and my fiancé's second anniversary. I am a well-travelled European, so I know what a quality looks like. This place definitely belongs to my top 5 favorite hotels worldwide. My fiancé said it had been the best hotel he ever stayed at. The room was very cozy, superb clean, the bed very comfy. The staff was friendly, professional and provided us with wine glasses upon request - for which I am super thankful as I consider drinking Moet (and other good champagnes we devoured last nite) from a plastic cup the utmost form of savagery - so thank you thousandfold! The best thing about this place is definitely the spacious private jacuzzi tub we enjoyed into early morning hours today. The tasty coffee helped me recuperate fast after a night of rich celebration. I will definitely be back :)

Everything was perfect, just wish I booked an extra nite :)

The property was gorgeous and very well cared for. Nothing was broken or out of order. Everything looked perfect and smelled clean. The carpet was soft. The staff looked very professional and were very polite. My daughter and I really enjoyed the French toast and bacon we had for breakfast. The dining area was clean and comfortable.

There was nothing I didn’t like. I would have liked it even more if the bathrooms were separated from the room with a door.

I have stayed here several times now and this is my number 1 choice when visiting Juneau. The property is a unique treasure. It’s quiet, clean and the location is very convenient. Parking is so easy. The staff is always very kind and professional. The shuttle is very dependable. Just a really great place to stay.

Can’t think of a thing that didn’t work for us.

The space is homey feeling, clean, staff were nice, though quiet.

We were a little disappointed since we reserved an accessible room, but the tub was quite high and made it impossible to get into the tub or shower.

Downtown Juneau is about 20+ minutes to the airport and is a location where getting a taxi or Uber can be difficult, so we were looking for a hotel that would give us quick access to the airport for an early morning flight. Grandma's Featherbed provides a shuttle service, so was perfect. Was a very comfortable place to stay as well - our room was large and very comfortable.

Not a don't like, but if you're wanting to spend a lot of time in downtown Juneau and don't have a car, this would not be an ideal location.

Breakfast not served in dining room due to Covid, had choice of 2 entrees, which were delivered to room. Quality was good, but would have preferred more choice, or at least to know that we could customize. Really liked size and configuration of room

Bed was too soft and pillows lumpy.

Location close to the airport and walkable to restaurants and a grocery store; served breakfast and would pack a lunch for a reasonable fee

Shuttle from the airport to the hotel took over 40 minutes to show after we called

Lived up to a nice bed and breakfast vibe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. They could make gluten free pancakes!
