Room had strange layout. Drapes were falling off hooks. Dresser drawers would not stay shut. Had to go to desk at night to pick up towels that were requested earlier in the day and not delivered. Cleaning schedule was not discussed at check in.

The breakfast was good under covid protocols. The location was nice as were most of the staff.

The guy who checked us in gave us keys that didn't work, forgot to give us our water and was not helpful at all when asked where we should eat in the area. t

Desk staff were EXCEPTIONAL... helpful with tips, contact for Budget Transport & we LOVED the Happy Hour MEAL on Wed. evening... it was delicious & filling!! Breakfasts also were exceptionally good!

Couldn't find ice machines easily. Wanted Breakfast hours to be extended on weekends.

Staff was very pleasant, especially Steve (don't know last) and daytime manager. Pool was clean and Weber grill was functional.

The breakfast was terrible as everything offered was prepackaged food with no nutritional value to offer. Also, the washers and dryers on both floors were not fully operational, as such, one would hvae to go to one floor to wash clothes and another to dry them! There should be a change maching next eack washer and dryer.

The staff at the desk was excellent and very helpful. The cleanliness of the room was pristine and we liked the sticker on the door indirecting the sanitation was completed for the whole room.

I can't think of anything. The customer care was super. Housekeeping was exactly as hoped for.

We got the suite and it was much bigger than expected. Everything we needed and wanted. Comfy bed, nice living room and fully equipped kitchen which we didn't use. But nice to have it. View out the window was stunning.

Breakfast was very weak. Of course it was during covid but still, out of coffee, milk for cereal and no cereal left. No bagels or danish. Really only oatmeal and hot water. We did complain and the manager was on it to replenish but we didn't stick around to partake.

The fact that you have two in Chandler It was confusing We were having a family weekend with 15 people and we booked in the wrong homewood and we wanted to be with family One other couple did the same as us and one couple drove to the wrong one A bit confusing and frustrating

The room, and entire facility, was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The pool was clean and the spa was hot. Pool towels were provided pool side every day. The staff was very helpful and real friendly. We stayed in Chandler because we were unable to make it into Texas due to a substantial winter storm. The staff continued to assist us with extending our stay in the same room as a result of the Texas weather event. They also arranged for periodic room cleaning without us asking for it. The location is convenient and centrally located to Chandler, Gilbert, and the airport.
