The pool area was not the greatest, but it met our need. It was super nice to use the lounge area and have access to free water, snacks, and breakfast (real plate & utensils). Big TV in the room.

If you are not an awards member sign up because you will be charged $12 for the night. The rewards program is free, and I am a member, but it is still something I find odd for this type of hotel.

Our room had a great view of Chandler's city lights.The room was clean and roomy. Staff were all attentive and polite.

Only thing I didn't like were the curtains.They were not black out curtains,so we woke up earlier than planned due to the sunlight coming in the room.

Beautiful hotel with room service! Best shower I've ever seen. It was pure luxury.

When we arrived at this, our last hotel, like the other 2, they could not find our reservation. The manager happened to find that Booking,com had submitted my name incorrectly.

Gorgeous modern property! Stellar service from front staff. Beautifully maintained. Dog-friendly. Starbucks lounge is AWESOME!! Fitness center fantastic! Bed AMAZING! Room super modern, yet cozy and comfy!!!

All employees were very helpful, kind, polite and Zoey went out of her way to fix a problem immediately and fairly.

That the lounge wasn't open earlier. That lunch wasn't served.

Great clean rooms and overall ambiance.

When I booked, I chose the option with breakfast included. What we got is $15 voucher per person, however all of the breakfast options were more expensive than that and I’m not even counting any beverages. Not what I imagine as “breakfast included” when I have to pay extra.

No mean dish of meat on breakfast line. We paid extra for bacon. Coffee wasn't properly. We were told Starbucks had Coffee for extra. Second trip in Chandler we stay at another Hotel.

Convenient location to area shopping and dining. Clean updated rooms.

For this Marriott and chain, c'mon to have to pay for wifi these days. Disappointing and should not be an option to charge guests to use wifi

M club was nice and had good food.

Water temperature in shower was hard to regulate. Was either scalding hot or cold.

Modern, clean, friendly & helpful staff, terrific food. Excellent wifi signal. Great value! I didn’t hear noise from the other guests on my floor so must have sound-proofed the rooms pretty well. The pool looked amazing and there is a beautiful fire pit area in the pool area as well. Dog friendly; I saw several other dogs, and I had mine with me. The lobby bar is beautiful, has good food, friendly staff and HH 4-7pm!

Dog contract I signed specified a dog walk area and specific waste bins but I didn’t see either. There is plenty of space to walk ones dog on the sides, and in the back of the building. Had to throw the waste into the construction dumpster on the next property over.
