Good value for being one of the highest rated lodging sites in Holbrook. Checking in was simple and the staff was friendly to me and my kids.

There were some small drop-sized brown stains on the wall by the table. Walls did not block sound well from some guys who were talking loudly in the next unit. My room key stopped working after one night, so I had to go into the office to have them fix it. Fortunately, it only took them a minute to fix.

I would say I like everything about this day the staff was exceptionally friendly hotel was clean and they had a continental breakfast in the morning

I can't say there was anything I didn't like. Wife and I travel all we're looking for is a bed shower and a TV in some place for us and the kids to sleep and that's relatively inexpensive in this fit the bill so I can't find anything I dislike about it

The room was clean, spacious, and well-decorated. The bed and chairs were comfortable. The location is ideal if you are headed to Petrified Forest National Park. I don't think we could find a better room for this price. Great value for money.

The breakfast did not have many options. It included waffles, muffins, toast with butter or jam, and cereal. As hikers, we would have liked some protein. There was also coffee, milk, and orange juice.

Everything. From the staff member checking us in to the room, breakfast, room, shower (great shower). Warm and friendly. Even the maid service was awesome. A very nice lady helped this old person (me) use the key to get into the room. Very nice lady. The lady checking us in was very social and friendly. We shared stories about our cats.

The room had some patch work done on the wall that was not professional looking. But at the same time, the room was adequate, large and the bathroom excellent.

The room was clean & large. We were too tired to enjoy the heated pool😑. We were not disturbed by traffic noise. The waffles at breakfast were very nice as well as the rest of the "grab & go" buffet.

The bed was a little too firm for me however my husband slept very well. There are a few fixes that the room needs that are neither expensive or time consuming. My husband is a contractor & commented on this. Pillows were not comfortable at all ...

Breakfast was descent and the price for the stay was well worth the buck. The staff was so super friendly and helpful. I loved that they didn’t rush to put the food away or rush us to get our. Made my way to breakfast 20 minutes before the cut off.

It was very clean but I think it would help if they used a different detergent or used a fabric softener. The sheets were clean but comforter was stained. But like I mentioned, it was good for the price we paid. Plus I had my children and I felt safe. Staff was amazing down to earth and welcoming.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Soft water for showers felt great!!

There was a humming noise all night long; not sure if it was coming from outside or within. Freezer of fridge had a thick layer of ice on it and was never defrosted. They may want to do so for future visits. Muffins and bread for toast was empty when we arrived for breakfast at 8:00 am. (Went till 9). Ended up with a bowl of oatmeal.

Very clean and we needed a down stairs for easy access and they put us on the 1st floor with a wheel chair ramp right at our door. Very thankful for that.

The breakfast was very small only had bread cereal and waffles. No bagels sweet rolls yogurt or eggs like they have at the other Wyndham propertys

Was good for what it was (simple and clean), a good night's rest from the road.

Booked room for a family of four and was only stocked with two towels. To be fair we just made due and did not place a request. I'm sure they would have helped if given the opportunity.

Easy to find. Close to restaurant to eat. Pretty nice.

The breakfast was certainly not much at all. But I guess if u don’t pay at least $150 per night you can’t expect much. Couldn’t hardly understand the lady at desk,,, must have been from India,,, as usual. Then an American came and she was super.
