Perfect location!! Staff was wonderful...very warm and friendly!! And...very helpful!! Breakfast was delicious!! Great selection...something for everyone!!...good and hot!! Have to say...the breakfast staff went above and beyond. Very friendly and hard working! Very impressed how they work as a team!! Rooms were nice and clean and quiet...love the big rooms!! Anyway...overall we definitely will be coming back!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!😁

Only negative thing about the rooms...we could hear toilets and/or water running kind of loud...but the hotel is an older building....so...understandable.

The location was perfect as it was located close to the freeway and main roads without it being noisy from traffic. Check-in was a breeze and the front desk was knowledgeable about what tourists/visitors may need or would like to see while staying in the area. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff that managed it was on top of it from making sure it was clean to being welcoming to having all items available and stocked. The convenience of having a microwave and fridge with a freezer was great as well.

Large room, fine beds, good airco. Nice outdoor swimming pool with indoor hot tub. Extensive breakfast. We didn't have to queue much at breakfast as it was not busy; this may be different with more guests at the same time. Reasonable WiFi. Diner suggestion: Mr D'z Route 66 Diner with great photo stop on other side of road.

Room was bit smelly (smoke) when entering first. Old town is 5 minute drive away, walking to historic town not possible.

The breakfast was very good, not just the food or facilities but also the staff. We've managed restaurants and we noticed at least three people allocated to maintaining the breakfast buffet. They were very helpful if you needed something and were very attentive to managing the buffet. The room was clean, comfortable, and pretty large.

Our room was about as far away from the ice machines as you could get but that's pretty much a crap shoot anyways so while I can say I wasn't really happy about it, it's not something you can really knock down points for since it's got to happen to someone. On the plus side, both ice machines worked!

There was a loose window in our bathroom and Annette from the front desk came to our room with a key to the new room. She brought a cart and helped us to move to another room. She was so kind and kept apologizing which was unnecessary. Annette was wonderful! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff in general was very helpful and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was great. I highly recommend!

We had a great experience. The evening Manger checked us in after we left a really crummy motel on the other end of town and she was super friendly. We were welcomed with the promise of a great stay and they made good on it. Our room was clean and well stocked, the lobby was clean and we'll lit, even the sidewalks,stairs and hand rails had been swept and cleaned. The breakfast buffet was fresh, hot and we'll maintained. Their attendants were constantly cleaning things and replacing the serving utinsels. I spoke with one of the maintenance guys before we checked out and he offered to help us carry down our luggage. These people are super nice and welcoming, I highly recommend this motel.

The staff was very friendly. We were able to check-in a little early, and they let my wife wait in the lobby after check-out. The breakfast was great, and perfect for my taste. Coffee is always available in lobby, along with a filtered water station to fill water bottles. The room was very comfortable and clean. I loved that there was coffee, a fridge, and microwave. Very practical. Wifi and TV. Comfortable bed.

Exceeded our exceptions for what we thought a hotel on Route 66 would offer. We stayed here before our treacherous hike into the Grand Canyon and we pleasantly surprised with everything. Staff was super nice, the beds were comfy, rooms were very clean, they had fast Tesla chargers (which is why we decided to stay here), jacuzzi was nice to relax in before the hike and the breakfast in the morning was great!

Nice room (we had family suite). Coffe provided all day in the reception. Good, american style breakfast (although with no vegetables - what was typical during our stay in many hotels in USA).

In family suite for 6 people we had just one bathroom. This was not convenient and if we knew, then we would have taken two separate rooms instead of suite.

I really liked the accessible room with the roll-in shower--it was so easy to get in the shower. The room was conveniently located next to our handicapped parking stall and the room was clean and spacious. The hot breakfast was very good with eggs and sausage and had a good variety of food to choose from. My family liked the cardio machines in the workout room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great customer service!
