The room was clean, there was shampoo and body wash in the large disperser's in the shower, however, no hair conditioner - completely empty - couldn't get one drop out of it. Bed was comfortable, and luckily they had an ice machine on the second floor for ice.

I am handicapped and we were told upon checking in (reserved room on line), that we would have to climb "about 10 stairs because they were remodeling and the elevator was down". It was 15 stairs!! It was difficult for me to get up those stairs. I chose to stay in the room and not leave for dinner or breakfast so that I would not have to climb up or down the stairs after the first trip up! My husband went out and picked up dinner, and the following morning he went and picked up McDonalds and brought back to the room so I wouldn't have to use the stairs. Not sure if elevators are out because of the remodeling going on or not.

My partner and I stopped here for a single night stay on a road trip back home from the holidays. It was the perfect stay for a quick turnaround. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was good (waffle station, breakfast potatoes, eggs, sausage, cold cereal, oatmeal, etc…), could have used a few fresh fruit options, but other than that, there was a decent variety of foods from which to choose. Overall, I’d say it was a great value. Would definitely stay again.

Upon walking into our room, it was very obvious someone had been smoking marijuana in the room recently. I went downstairs to inform the clerk at the front desk. He apologized and immediately gave us another room, which was perfectly fine. I appreciated his professionalism.

The rooms were awesome. Spacious clean the toilet facilities and shower were spacious and clean. I had a complete large mirror. Great sink bed was comfortable. Ice machine was right outside the door. They had an amazing breakfast in the morning. Best place ever.

For some reason my remote control to the TV didn't work from a distance so I had to kind of always move close to the TV to change the channels and the volume.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable Staff were friendly and welcoming Parking right outside was great Good nights sleep Breakfast was probably the best variety from a chain hotel group on our trip

Unfortunately our room seemed to be between those of a large group who gathered outside to chat and were quite raucous but it might be the hotel weren’t aware of this when booking them in

One of your older servers/ waitresses was very rude. When asked if we could get waffles at 9:20 in the morning she said that she wasn’t going to make anymore batter so just get something else. If you serve breakfast until 10am, we don’t understand why she wouldn’t do so. She was walking around eating area huffing and puffing at people and pretty much encouraging them to hurry up and leave. Not a very pleasant experience.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Refrigerator included. Nice shower. The breakfast is great. Much better than most. I had to leave early but they gave me a to-go breakfast with a very tasty burrito and more.

I thought it was expensive compared to what I paid elsewhere. The carpet was crinkly, maybe not rinsed well enough at last cleaning, or maybe old?

The room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable. There was a very impressive, hot breakfast in the morning of eggs, sausage, bacon, gravy and biscuits. Coffee and refrigerator in the room. A comfortable sitting area provided plenty of space for our family to meet and plan the next days activities.

We were only wishing there was a second elevator closer to the rooms in the back, but we got a wheel cart and loaded it up and made the trek. Because the weather was so cold and windy the day we got there we were just wishing for closer access of an elevator.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, but had a musty smell. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful always. Anything we asked for they accomadated us.

The TV could have worked better instead of the sound and picture being herky jerky. The lighting was insufficient, very dark room.

They had the most amazing breakfast buffet (included) - even some prepared salads for takeaway lunch. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and they had a small but clean outdoor pool and patio, and indoor hot tub area.

It was a bit more expensive than other Kingman motels I have stayed in. It is an external corridor motel surrounding the parking lot so sometimes get parking lot noise, and my door required an extra pull to completely close & lock.

Nice large room, loved the no carpets, that is smart for a hotel room,, great breakfast, the only problem was that the toilet did not flush, which is kind of a problem.... 😕 Pool was really cold, hot tub was great.
