The location to what we had planned and the view from outside the Baymont was spectacular. It was clean, modern and breakfast was very good. Lots of choice. Good facilities.

There wasn’t a welcome, the person checking us in was obviously unhappy about something, so it was very clinical checkin. The staff although helpful, seem to be very unhappy which reflects on management rather than the staff. Staff are lead by example. It was great to have the laundry facilities both washers and driers, all in good working order, however $4.50 for each machine is price gouging at the least. Every other place we’ve stayed it only costs $2.5 per machine. Also when asking for change they only do a $10 roll of quarters Double the price is and the way they give you change is extortion!!

We were going to take another hotel, but 2 different ones we went were full, then I saw there was a Baymont, I know them from Denver, so we checked and they still had a room, we even booked a second night the following day. The reception staff was very friendly, as well as the rooms staff. The rooms are as usual, grand and nice, bathroom was good and tea/coffee and all TV channels available, All OK. the hoel has an outside area overlooking partly the Lake Powel. Breakfast was bot good. It was the ususal US breakfast, like in many hotels, but no gluten free products, only sweetened yoghurts no lactose free yoghurt or milk, only half gone oranges, only waffles no pancakes and no sugar free syrup, and staff was not at all freindly and just staning around or in the way.

Page had had a power outage. Because of the heat, we asked to get in early, but manager was working to get the wi-fi up and running. He was pleasant, apologetic, but firm. Sure enough, he had it back on line by 3 pm. Worked to see that my friend could be on the ground floor (at 88, she has vertigo) and then gave me a room with a view of the dam and Lake Powell. We were grateful. [Later, I was getting food at the Hyatt and they still did not have wi-fi] Bed and shower were comfortable, clean, and pleasant. Shower best on the trip, second only to one in a boutique hotel. Had a cart to move stuff to room. Even liked the fact that breakfast had Pink Lady apples (so much better than usual Red Delicious ones)!

The only part of my stay that wasn't perfect was the beds. That was hands down, the most firm bed that I have ever slept on. I actually woke up in the morning feeling sore. But maybe it was just my sleeping preference. We all like our bed to be just a little different. And I understand that you can't customize a bed for every traveler. I also like it when the staff members come in and make the bed while I am out for the day. I don't expect a full cleaning, but maybe just take out the garbage and things like that. I know this has kind of become an industry standard, so I don't blame you, it's just something that I like! Overall, it was a great stay.

Mattress was a good compromise between soft (which I don't like) and very firm (which I prefer). After a one-night stay, my back was acceptably sore from spending the night on it (This is altogether a compliment). The jacuzzi was also not too hot (good, I prefer it so). The indoors pool was a tad chill. Breakfast had a nice spread. I would not mind staying again, were it only for the mostly adequate mattress.

The exercise room mirror had a crack. Don't care for a mirror, but the crack itself was sub-par. Management affixed notes to glass, walls, elevator interior with sloppy adhesive tape that peeled and looked grungy. No dedicated bathroom in the indoors pool area. The breakfast attendant was inattentive, leaving supplies depleted until notified. However, all negatives are annoyances, rather than issues. I suppose the price was par for the course for a stay by Lake Powell on a warm day in late spring.

*It was Nov. and the weather a bit chilly. It was nice having an indoor pool n Jacuzzi but the pool was a bit cool and the Jacuzzi was just warm. *Would have been excellent if the pool was warmer n the Jacuzzi was a lot warmer. Jets in Jacuzzi were good though. *Corners of room could have been a bit cleaner but it was ok. *Late check out was not available.

New motel, exceptionally clean and well maintained. In a convenient location off the highway and near scenic lookout. Lots of amenities and fluffy towels. Comfy bed and we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was ample with eggs, sausage, waffles and the usual continental items. Coffee, tea and water available 24 hrs.

Check in is not a minute before 3pm. We were in a king room which was adjoining to another family? room. Could hear the baby next door crying for a long time in the evening and then again at 6 am for quite some time. I imagine if it wasn’t an adjoining room we may not have heard this.

I have 10 chances to recommend it to my acquaintances. First, thank you very much for running the indoor swimming pool. I had a great time with my 11-year-old son, and I was also able to swim, which helped my health. Second, breakfast was great. Egg scrambled eggs, sausage, Philadelphia cheese cream (strawberries) and waffles were the best. Third, the room condition was good. The room and bathroom were very clean and well-drained. Good size room. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was convenient and had enough variety. We only ate there 3 of the 8 days we stayed there.

In the 8 nights we were there staff never once changed out the towels. A sign in the bathroom said this would be done every 3 days. I spoke to the front desk about it after 5 days and they told me it would be taken care of - it was not.

The property is located in a great location on the edge of Page. The facility is clean and relatively new. The lobby area is very welcoming. It’s large and open and is furnished well. It’s a pleasant area to sit and read or just relax. Our room was also very clean throughout. The beds were comfortable, not to soft or firm. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and is well lit. The breakfast had a good variety of food, from scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage to oatmeal and cereal. Fruits, pastries and all the morning beverages.

We had an issue with the blackout blind in our room. It would not extend all the way down so the sunlight came into the room very early.
