Ideally located midway in a nice hamlet on lower Colorado River in AZ-95 corridor between state parks, scenic viewpoints, recreation trails, and wildlife refuges. Owner personally greets each arriving guest and makes sure they are properly situated, which is important for many towing watercraft, OHV's and other gear. I was looking for the Tesla destination charger and was given a room right next to the spot for that. For those driving non-Tesla EV's there is also a ChargePoint charger.

Inevitably there are flies down by the river, and even with good screens on the windows, occasionally a persistent one will follow the guest inside when the door is open. An electronic fly zapper costs about $40 at Walmart and perhaps there should be one to loan out to guests. Although in all fairness I did not mention this to the owner.

I can't say enough about how friendly the host was. He greeted us as we arrived and told us great places for our paddle boarding and hiking activities. 3 adults stayed in a room with a kitchenette and it was perfect. It was so clean and provided everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning. The host even went above and beyond to get a Keurig coffee maker for our coffee pods. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Parker.

I loved that it’s a quite place, very clean and comfortable. The manager was super nice and made sure we had everything we need. He took us to our suite and was very helpful. We had a nice room with a big kitchen and balcony. When I was cooking I noticed I needed a can opener, I called the office and he came immediately with one. WiFi was excellent, despite the remote location. Very happy with our stay.

We love taking back roads and happy our travels took us here. Mike was super welcoming and pointed us in the right direction to good food and a nice hike. Awesome free ev charging!! So appreciative of places/folks that offer charging, bonus when it is included in your room cost.

Harbour's host, Mike, was amazing! I was going to arrive at the property well after midnight, and he was in touch with me about options to make checking in a breeze. Ultimately, he left the keys for me in my room and left the light on for me. I was able to find parking right outside my door, and the room was amazing! The decor is updated, the floors were stone-tiled, and the amenities were top-notch. I loved the large shower, though the water there is (very) hard, so the showerhead was a little calcified, but it still worked great for my needs. I also appreciated the little touches left by the host - snacks on the table and a pancake mix on the stove for me! It was awesome not to have to worry about breakfast the morning after arriving, it was already waiting for me feet from my bed. I will definitely be back again on my next trip through the area, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to travel near Havasu and the Parker Dam. Oh, I almost forgot, Mike was in the process of replacing all the mattresses the day I checked out. He's a firm believer in having a good mattress to ensure a good night's sleep, so I expect that they will always be high quality and relatively new every time I visit!

I think that the only thing that I would have changed about the hotel was that it was sort of located between areas with shopping/groceries, and sorta in the middle of nowhere for travelers. But, that also equated to a little peace and quiet, so it wasn't all bad.

Very comfortable, clean, updated and everything you need for a great stay! Manager was very pleasant and helpful. We were on motorcycles for a yearly event, and the weather was rainy and the parking was great! Third year staying here. Will be back next year!

The beds were comfy and when we needed a couple more pillows, Mike was very accommodating. We stayed two nights. The second night we used the BBQ that was on site and had a nice meal at the motel. I would recommend Harbour Inn to my friends and relatives. Well done.

The Room We Stayed In Was Awesome & Suited Us For Our Small Getaway! It Was Like A All In One Room/Studio For An Awesome Price! The Location Was Perfect It’s Like In The Middle Of Parker/Lake Havasu we were able to travel to plenty of different parks so you can see different parts of the Colorado River! You Can’t find a room like this that has a kitchen/full fridge comfy beds and We Slept Like Angels! It was very clean and UPDATED ROOM! Mike the landlord was super cool & super chill and well welcoming! definitely will be booking another stay here soon AGAIN!

Room interior was Truly Deluxe. Clearly the owner Spared No Expense.

Exterior was unimpressive - but then again it Was just across the road from the CO river - an no one spends that much time in the parking lot.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! Harbour Inn was awesome! Mike was fantastic. Checked in on us often but not too much. Very, very friendly. You have a view of the mountains and the river is right across the street. Our room was huge. It had a well supplied kitchen with full size appliances. The bathroom was perfect size and the shower... oh, the shower! Neither one of us wanted to get out once we got in it! The water pressure was phenomenal and the hot water lasted FOREVER! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There really isn't anything we didn't like.
